The staff were very friendly and courteous. We got a very quick transport to the Airport when we dropped off our vehicle. Great hire rates. Would use again.

This was my second time using Bargain Car Rental for long-term rental in Auckland. I returned to them because my prior experience was so positive. Great value on not-quite-new vehicles. The whole process, from booking through airport pickup/drop-off was quick and painless. Definitely recommended.
Great experience the customer service and friendliness of the team made our trip a 10/10 The car was great loads of room, full tank of gas on pickup, afterhours pick was easy and very fast to and from the airport Highly recommend this company and will use again in the future

Highly recommend! Staff were amazing, so friendly, made me feel welcome. Nice to have friendly banter! Thank you so much for looking after me. The vehicle was perfect for my needs. The cleaning of the vehicle could have been better, there was food, grass and dirt in the footwell on passenger side. Wiper rubbers could do with replacing as they were not working the best during heavy rain. Apart from that, I would certainly hire from BRC again in the future. Keep up the awesome work team! :)

We arrived at Christchurch airport at 5 am and got picked up to collect our car, all went well. We upgraded our car to RAV-4 and was surprised how cheap it was. The staff and driver was very friendly. We will definitely book through you again when we get back to NZ.
Easy pick up and drop off. The car was excellent and as expected with a budget car rental wasn't brand new. However that was a plus as I have had many bad experiences with major car rental companies where there have been spurious claims against minor or non-existant damage.

So easy to hire a car online. Shuttle service from Christchurch airport to Bargain Car Rentals office only 5 min drive. Staff were friendly, helpful and informative. The Toyota supplied was good quality and clean. As it was a hybrid we definitely saved on petrol during our self-drive holidays around the alpine country. Would definitely hire from Bargain again.
