Good communication, swift shuttle ride

Very good rental for the price. Exterior cleaning & tyre air pressure checking needed.

Great service . Van ready as soon as we arrived. Picked up as soon as we arrived at the airport and taken to depot. Will use again for sure. Paekakariki Bowling club.

Overall the car is okay, but it really smells. Please have it cleaned.

Rented our car on Saturday and on Sunday while we were traveling got a flat tire. There was no spare wheel, and the pump to inflate the tire was damaged and couldn't be used. Eventually got to a garage and made it to the rental office. Hans was extremely helpful and gave us another car for the rest of our rental. Thanks to Hans we enjoyed the rest of our vacation.

Probably the best service I've every receive from a rental car company, I was also very happy with the value and the car I received.

I cannot fault this company at all with the car that I rented. I only needed the car for a week, for work. Rental was a great deal, the car was basic, old suzuki, but road worthy and clean, this is all I required. Easy to pick up/drop off. Very friendly, great customer service. I cannot really think of one thing negative with my experience with this company. I would recommend to friends and family. I would definitly use this company again when needed. I used the Onehunga Branch which is convenient.

Lincoln Rd staff I found very helpful & friendly & would recommend to any person that asked me re rental cars. As an AA vet member who rang Avis your service was a 100% better who couldn't answer question with only a computer to tell them what to say!!!!

I booked and paid for a car for a week including full comprehensive insurance. They said 24 hour, free shuttle which was great. I recieved an email confirmation with a note saying there was a security deposit of $250 and another $30 fee. The email response advised the $30 was for the shuttle, yep the free shuttle and they also needed to hold a deposit... even though it's fully paid and full insurance thankfully I could cancel with this foolish company

The great service my son and I received right from the start, wonderful friendly gentleman at front desk Lincoln Rd, stress free so much so that my son extended another week with a larger vehicle. Great price given both times. My grandchildren and daughter were comfortable on our journey throughout. Definitely be using again if needing.
