Tina was amazing
Tina was amazing. everything was easy to understand and explained well. I had pushed a button on the dashboard that made the car ding when we left the depot at closing time. We didn't want to hold the staff up at closing time with this small problem so left with the car dinging. I discovered the button I had pushed 30 mins later and stopped the dinging. The following morning Tina rang me, to see if the vehicle had stopped doing it, and offered to bring us another vehicle if it needed. I thought it was an excellent piece of customer service, and was very pleasantly surprised. I can't give Tina high enough praise for her efforts, I felt like a VIP customer! The car was good too! and the price was very reasonable for our weeklong hire. The total experience with the team at Bargain Rental Cars was exemplary!
