It was very easy and straight forward, good quality car, very tidy.

Great car, great people, great price. The only improvement there could be would be a pick up service even if there is a fee, it would make life so much easier

The vehicle supplied belonged in a wreakers yard. So many dents, interior panel of sliding door was missing. Told that it had been cleaned so return clean. No one had been near it with any cleaning product in months by the look of it. Absolute disgrace that a company would charge anybody for a vehicle in this condition.

Excellent service. Nice and easy process, the guys at the hamilton branch were great and made things simple. Pretty sure you would be hard pushed to find a better value for money rental vehicle. Would 100% use again

The online booking process was comprehensive and made pickup of the vehicle on the day very quick and painless. Drop off was even easier. No problems.

One improvement would be able to leave the vehicle at the Hamilton airport, Wiper brades need replacing, USB port under the radio didn't work, phone would pair up but would not play music, other than that car was good. REGO;- PYR900. picked up 8-4-24 left in Hamilton 11-4-24

Cleaner cars and English translation for all the buttons on the dash or information on how AC, Bluetooth etc works.

Everything was easy enough with bargain, rental cars. One thing I did not like is that when I was buying insurance for the car I actually bought it threw the third-party that brought bargain rental cars up on my screen. If that happens and you aren’t buying insurance directly from bargain rental cars, don’t buy insurance until you go to pick it up. It will save you troubles if there is an accident from dealing with the third-party seller.

I had a death in the family while in NZ, and had to extend several times. Each time staff rearranged cars so I would not have to swap them and nothing was too much trouble despite being Easter and charged the same rate right thru.

Our after hours pick us was very well explained via email. It was easy to arrange our pick up. Car Pick up was close by. No problems. Car was spotless, no issues with it at all. and it was EV so no petrol required - a big bonus. Car drop off close to airport and Bob was super friendly on return journey. Easy & convenient from booking, Airport transfer, processing, quality of vehicle, return process & airport transfer.

We had a booking with another company and they let us down at the last minute due to payment not being accepted. So we had to at a high demand time of the year find a car at the last minute. Thanks to a staff member at a rival company at the airport doing some research we found one who had a car at a reasonable price.

The car rental cost was affordable and within our budget. Car was great with no issues at all.
