easy process. i got lucky and got a bargain during kings bday sales. car was clean, staff were great and fast. pick up and drop off was speedy and easy too. would use again!

Good support. Instead of holding the refund amount when returned early, they should have refunded the amount. We might forget to claim in future. All booking, picking up, dropping was very easy. Staff were not courteous (not for only below issue but in general) Only some bad experience was, the staff didn't help for using their toilets when urgently required to use. Staff were not behaving appropriately at that time. "It's not for public use", in return I have got.

Good deal. Teh car was in good condition and perfect for our needs. Staff were attentive and looked after us.

The experience was fine but there are a lot of hidden costs/charges when you book through a 3rd party (Ie Booking.com) security deposit went from $500 to $1000 and the extra insurance offered is not endorsed by Bargain so you are encouraged to cancel and then re-purchase "Bargain" insurance. You are not made aware until you enter the Bargain store. Having said that they had a great and cheap car available at very short notice and got me out of a bind!

This is the third time we've used Bargain Rentals on the Gold Coast. The pricing us fair. The shuttle service works well and it's not far from the airport The pre-collection check in makes pick up smooth. The compact car worked easily for two of us and our luggage and handled our journey well.
