Experience and why doing well: Firstly availability on requested vehicle and especially the quote. Transport from airport comfy and service of driver was polite and helpful...a full bus as well. I loved that the vehicle was ready (engine running) and had the a/c on as well, Cairns tropical heat, thanks guys. On return staff were clear concise and directed traffic in a busy car park, I knew exactly where to park on return.

Couldn't get in contact with the company to extend my booking despite 5 of 6 tries, then was treated incredibly rudely & badly by the central line / HO representative when contact was finally made and fined for late car return 😪 Please note: the staff on the ground af Sunshine Coast Airport were excellent 😍

We were very happy with the car. Found the representative very abrupt and unhelpful after a very long wait. Being told to take photos of car and it was pitch black outside was very unreasonable.

After contacting Bargain Rentals, I did receive a very positive response and the complaint is resolved. Hopefully they will act on my feedback about the hard selling tactics for liability waiver payments. 1.Member of staff miss sold and overcharged for excess waiver. 2. I complained and was promised a part refund, which I am still awaiting. 3. MG car was totally useless. No power or acceleration, poor suspension and at 9 litres per 100km very poor fuel consumption
