Very easy process to get the car and return it
It takes far too long to check in and the shuttle back is not frequent enough. The drivers don't even help load the luggage. I understand you have cheap prices but I'll pay more for service. And I left my coat in the back of the car and it was never returned. Basically theft IMO.
