During my checkup, Dr. Jafar Haerizadeh took the time to carefully listen to my concerns about chipped teeth and jaw pain. He introduced his nurse, Pourya, who was equally warm and attentive, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout. Dr. Jafar conducted a thorough examination and provided a clear, detailed explanation of my treatment options, making sure I fully understood my choices. His professionalism, combined with his approachable manner, gave me complete confidence in my care. I also met Oscar, the Treatment Coordinator, who was exceptional in guiding me through my treatment plan. He booked all of my appointments and arranged for my Smile Club signup, which I look forward to enjoying all the benefits of. Oscar's thoroughness and positivity made the entire process feel effortless and reassuring. He even led me to the exit, where the reception team all warmly said goodbye. Before leaving, the team ensured a smooth and hassle-free experience. From start to finish, I felt truly valued and well cared for. Highly recommended!
