This was my first visit and I found the staff very professional within a warm and friendly atmosphere . The person on reception was very professional when asked about an advert I saw in the building he took time to explain the answer to the question i asked. Overall every one was caring .

The staff here are so pleasant and welcoming, they explain things very well and genuinely do things in your best interest and not just recommend things just for the sake of it. Maria especially is a delight to speak to!

First visit was a very good experience. Very helpful staff and spotless interior. After not visiting a dentist for over 25 years I was very surprised to be told my teeth were not as bad as I thought. The treatment i was recommended was excellent and I am now 2 visits into my treatment. Was this space for another 5 star review

I've been a client of Canning Town Branch for the last few years and to be honest I cannot be happier. It is my first UK-based dental practice (before that I would always travel to continental Europe due to significant price differences). And when I learned about it, I was first suspicious as the prices were quite affordable. But later, after I got the treatments, all my suspicious got dismissed. I'm a very anxious patient with high teeth sensitivity, and my experience was just flawless. I want to explicitly thank Dr Dumitru Bulgac and Dr Sneha Dahal, they are the most caring and patient specialists. Since then it is my goto practice. What I want to highlight is that since I got the treatment around 2y ago, I've only been returning for regular checkups and cleaning. No new treatments required. And while that should be a norm in general, somehow I heard some bad stories about other practices.

I absolutely love the Banning Dental team at the Lewisham branch. Having had no real issues with my teeth all my life, the past year I fell victim to an impacted wisdom tooth into my second molar. I contacted my usual dentist but, I was very unhappy with the advice and consultations so refused to have them treat me. Just as well, because I found another member of my local dentist who also complained and refused treatment ...however she had found Banning Dental and gave absolute glowing reviews so, based on that, I decided to check them out too! I am so glad I did... the team are amazing and are currently treating me with 2 tooth extractions and a dental implant... I cannot recommend these guys enough!! Prices are more than reasonable too so, I have made a promise to myself to no longer put off routine checks since I can be seen here instead of my old dentist. If you're a scaredy cat like me, trust me, you're in great hands with this team of attentive and friendly professionals! OK shout out time... Dr Madiha, thanks for helping me with my emergency appointment back in Jan25 (and for also helping my mum a couple weeks ago!). Dr Youssef, you are an absolute star!! Thank you so much for making my procedures as comfortable as possible - even when I'm always so nervous! Jorge.... thank you for the laughter and excellent song choice in reception... not to mention holding my hand to go in and see Dr Youssef today haha!! Thanks to Lorena and Amira for my clean and check up recently... I'll see you again in a few weeks now that my implant is in! And finally, thank you to all the assistants. See you all soon!

I have recently been attending the Blackfriars clinic for hygiene appointments and to get composite bonding on my top teeth. The experience I’ve had with Maria the Treatment Co-ordinator has been fantastic. She is incredibly informative, patient and friendly. Equally Dalya has been great. Dr. Ali has been great at making me feel at ease as I was nervous to change my smile too much. He has been really informative and helpful and I really love the design of my new composite bonding. Ruslan the hygienist was also great at making me feel comfortable as personally I dislike having my teeth cleaned - he was super gentle and gave me some great advice. Overall I’ve been really pleased with my experience and would recommend visiting this clinic.

Blackfriars Branch Who would've though that going to the dentist would actually be a treat! Well, it is at Banning. They have they most fantastic staff, always happy, friendly, accommodating and the level of care is exceptional. Although all the staff are great, a special mention must go to Donna on reception, Dr Shirin and Dr Ghali, the nurses are also truly amazing. Congratulations and keep it up!

I have nothing but praise for a thoroughly professional and pleasant organization. When you walk in you are made to feel welcome and unusually relaxed by the staff. This I have to say is not typical of dentists. Stuffy reception areas can add undue stress before you've even sat on the dentist's chair, but not here. Dr Chetan (Lewisham branch) made me feel at ease when explaining root canal/composite procedures in a very informative way which was very helpful too. Thoroughly recommended.

I visited Banning Dental Group,CANNING TOWN , to have an appointment with their only expert Orthodontist, for Invisalign. My visit was with ,M F. Firstly had a Scan done, and the outcome was that I had a root canal which seemed to have a little infection left on one of my low, back teeth.On position 6 /7 Followed by noticing that the gums on one or two of my low back teeth were low. After the above initial assessment, it was mentioned that we could do invisalign from the front up to teeth number 5 due to the above ( and I didnt want to touch a root canal from 15 years ago, which has never given me any issues).I though it was good option to work only on teeth up to number 5. I had many questions and after a couple of them I was hurried to go, as apparently he had someone else waiting outside. To my surprise, once outside the receptionist said the doctor refused to do the work. And that I had to do my root canal first. I insisted to reception to what he said to me inside, which included that the work would be on teeth 1 to 5, and the one which it was though we shouldnt touch on the back lower teeth would not be treated. The way I was hurried out, I could notice that didn't really seem to like me,a white women in shorts or my asking too many questions, I wasn't sure which. Anyway in a professional practise ,working directly for a company, the job would have been carried out, which it was insisted it can be done. I seeked confirmation on how the doctors work on this practiced,as it didn't add up what I was told by their only expert orthodontist, and what I was told at reception, and it was confirmed that doctors are not employed by the company . They work for themselves under the company. So please be aware of this situation, as it exposes you to an unprofessional environment, which exposes you to what happened to me. I don't like to spend my precious time writting reviews ,but to waste my time and efforts with such as unproffesional behaviour in a company it's a non acceptable situation. Really friendly professional staff at the reception in Canning Town branch. I would highly recommend. Everything was done smoothly and hassle free. The receptionist was very informative which I really liked. My son just started his treatment but so far excellent service from the receptionist staff. So lovely and friendly and very welcoming. They made my son feel very relaxed.

I’m so glad I chose to do my Invisalign treatment at Banning Blackfriars. Dr. Ahmed Omran and his team have been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. I’m nearly finished with my treatment now, and the transformation in both my bite and smile has been incredible. I used to have an open bite and quite a bit of crowding, but now my teeth are perfectly aligned, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. I still catch myself smiling every time I’m able to bite into something with my front teeth. It’s such a small thing, but something I was never able to do before! A special shoutout to Kiah and Maria, who have truly gone above and beyond to make my experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. Since I’ve spent a lot of time abroad during my treatment, their flexibility and support in helping me arrange appointments around my travel schedule have meant the world to me. Thank you to the whole team! I'm a very happy customer and I can't wait to come in and say hello to you all with my new smile :)

I had composite bonding with Dr. Ali at the Blackfriars clinic in the lead-up to my wedding, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel comfortable, listened to what I was hoping to achieve, and gave me total confidence that I was in safe hands. Dr. Ali was incredibly professional and meticulous, he really took the time to get the shape and shade just right for my smile. The results are so natural, and I’ve had so many compliments on my teeth (especially in the wedding photos!). Thank you to the entire team for helping me feel amazing on my big day. Worst kind of service where they literally tell you to come on two days and ask you to pay more than what they already committed too. I won’t recommend this service to anyone as they are literally minting money and not doing any good services.
