Two ladies at reception at Chestfield very friendly and helpful, had my first checkup Durmila who was really friendly and very informative - would definitely recommend.

I came to Banning for Invisalign treatment and spent around £3k. Dr. Stephanie was excellent—skilled, professional, and a real asset to the practice. However, the overall experience with Banning as an organisation was deeply disappointing. Once my treatment plan changed, the support system completely fell apart. Mistakes were made (wrong orders, unnecessary visits), and no one took proper responsibility. Promises to follow up were often ignored, and I felt like I was left chasing answers. There was no proactive communication, no sense of customer care, and definitely no justification for the high ratings they seem to receive online. If you are looking to be part of a nice looking factory experience, this is for you. I’m giving a low score not because of the dentist, but because the wider service was disorganised, dismissive, and failed to meet even basic expectations for a private clinic. Also they lack any form of complaints procedure with proper follow-ups.

Chestfield is a great practice, with friendly, caring and informative staff and very welcoming!

I had a wisdom tooth extraction with Dr Ali Abbasbhai at the Canning Town branch. Dr Abbasbhai and the dental nurse were both fantastic. I was quite nervous but they both kept me calm and Dr Abbasbhai did a great job explaining the do’s and don’t after the procedure. Overall very professional, great technique (necessary for a wisdom extraction) and attentive care.

Amazing experience at Banning dental - Chestfield. I can’t thank Dr Hamera enough. She truly is an amazing dentist and so informative made me feel at ease through out. Never thought I’d say I can’t wait to come back to the dentist! From the moment I walked in, the reception team including Faeze, Helia, Zara, and Ronia was warm, professional, and incredibly help getting everything sorted smoothly and on time. Nurse Pouria stood out in particular-his calm, reass manner instantly put me at ease, and his attention to detail made me feel truly cared for throughout r treatment.
