Ongoing Unresolved Dental Implant Issues
In August 2023, I paid over £10,000 upfront to Banning Dental Group for dental implants. What followed has been an incredibly distressing and unresolved ordeal. Since then, I've had to make over 20 visits, travelling to London almost every other week for treatment. Throughout this period, I've experienced multiple denture breakages, received crowns that didn't match my natural teeth's shade, and most critically, my implants have fallen out on three separate occasions just days after implantation. Each time, this led to severe infections and immense pain. Despite raising numerous complaints, these critical issues remain unresolved. I've faced continuous delays and have consistently had to chase for replies. To date, I have yet to receive any viable solution. I'm now left with unfinished treatment, wobbly implants, and ongoing stress and anxiety. This distress stems not only from the poor clinical results but also from the complete lack of communication and accountability from Banning Dental Group. It's abundantly clear that patient care and well-being are not a priority for them. If Banning Dental Group is reading this, I urge you to take accountability, respond immediately, and finally resolve this unacceptable situation. I would not wish this experience on anyone.
