After doing a lot of research, I found a place that not only had great reviews but also offered the most affordable Invisalign treatment in the area. From start to finish, the service has been outstanding. My dentist Stephanie Lennard was incredibly professional, kind, and took the time to explain all the question I had through all of the appointments I attended. Maria and the reception team were also lovely—always friendly and welcoming, making every visit easy. I had no issues at all throughout the process and have been left happy with the results.

Hello this is George Worst experience ever I came to Banning Dental Brentford surgery to have some of my teeth done and From 5 implants 1 of then failed twice. On the first fail they tried to blame the fact that I'm smoking which is absurd because if it was from smoking Im guessing that more than one implant would have failed. On the 2nd instance an implant had failed , my upper bone where it was fitted, got extremely infected in such a way that the implant climbed up towards my nostrils also at the same time my surgeon forgot a big chunk of bone similar to a spike that punctured my upper lip on the inside making the upper lip get infected as well. I was in excruciating pain for about 2 months, i was not able to to my job or any other daily activities, even though I had been under treatment with antibiotics. After a month I went to Chiswick Banning Dental surgery to investigate the problem, they removed that spike . And only afterwards the huge infection started to heal from the moment that 2nd implant has been removed. During my 2nd implant removal surgeon broke my bone on the outside, without filling the broken bone where they fitted the crown , on the side with the broken bone they extended the crown , which I'm really not happy about it. I had called Banning Dental again to complain about the fact that food is getting under that specific crown and I have been told to fit some Fixodent around it so the food doesn't get under which in my opinion was unprofessional considering the issue at hand. My 2 other implants at the bottom feel like the crowns are too chunky, food get stuck really easy between them and the worst is that one of my original teeth above it got chipped because of it. Honestly I wouldn't recommend to anyone their services •

Anisa was my clinician for the appointment; she was extremely informative from the initial consultation and answered all my questions throughout the treatment. She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She even showed me the amount of dirt removed from my face, which really highlighted the effectiveness of the treatment.

I cannot express enough how Dr. Ali has completely transformed my relationship with dental care. After being a patient at Bannings for over a year and receiving consistently excellent care, I still carried deep trauma from a horrific extraction experience at another private practice years ago. That single traumatic event had haunted me for so long that I avoided care for nearly three years. I was held in the chair at the previous extraction because I was shaking for 25 minutes. When my Invisalign treatment plan required an extraction to create proper spacing, I was absolutely terrified. The memories of that previous extraction came flooding back, and despite trusting Bannings with my general care, I was genuinely scared about facing another extraction. Dr. Ali is nothing short of extraordinary. Understanding my anxiety and past trauma, he approached the procedure with such skill that what I had built up as my worst nightmare in my mind became the most seamless experience ever. The extraction was so incredibly fast and completely painless that when Dr. Ali told me it was finished - in under 2 minutes - I literally said “wait, what?” I couldn’t believe it was already over. Dr. Ali is clearly well-built and strong, and his physical strength combined with his technical expertise allowed him to extract the tooth so swiftly and efficiently that I felt absolutely nothing and I have long long roots. No pain, no discomfort, just shock that it was over so quick! This man didn’t just extract a tooth; he extracted years of fear and anxiety from dentists. If you’re anxious about extractions, Dr. Ali is absolutely the best choice you could make, this is from someone who needs numbing gel on for injections!!!!

I went in for a skin consultation with Raluca and she was great at explaining the options available and tailoring her recommendations based the skin issues I mentioned. I decided on the Obagi chemical peel and this treatment was carried out by Erica who was extremely attentive, friendly and informative. The entire team at Banning work really hard to make sure the entire experience is smooth and enjoyable. I really recommend them if you’re considering and haven’t made up your mind yet!

I am with the Brenford branch for a year now. Fantastic team! The receptionists are always super helpful! Painless hygienist treatmet! I am super happy with Dr Uddin who fitted my crowns, did my fillings and whitened my teeth! She is the absolute best! Prices are the lowest in the area and their equipment and practice are very modern.

All thanks to Dr Ali at Blackfriars for my new smile. He provided the best genuine care and advice right from the beginning until the end and provided me with the best smile that I could ask for. Thanks Dr Ali for everything!

I and my wife moved to Banning Group Tower Hamlet two months ago as it is very conveniently located close to our place. We both went to general check-up, following Hygienic cleaning, as was advised by the Dentist. So far, our experiences are beyond any expectations! Starting from Receptionist (Mss Edona), to the Manager (I am afraid I do not get her name), and the Dentist (Dr Doo Roo Ihm) and the Hygienist (Dr Laura Isam) – all of them were extremely helpful, professional and friendly. Me wife has some health complications, but the staff did everything to make her feel comfortable and calm. All equipment is brand new and modern, and the general decoration and atmosphere in a clinic is very nice. We both are over 60 years old and naturally have been visited quite a few dental clinics and dentists before. The Banning Group Tower Hamlet is one of the best, in our experiences. They do not insist additional unnecessary treatments and very open from the start about the treatments, costs and time required. We do not hesitate to recommend the Banning Group Tower Hamlet, they are really good. Thank you to all staff.

I cannot fault the service I have received today from Banning Dental and Skin Clinique Crawley. The receptionist was so friendly, welcoming and helpful (so sorry I didn’t catch your name). Dr Tudor was instantly extremely knowledgeable, personable and reassuring when completing my Invisalign consultation. I also had my first ever hygienist appointment with Russian Mansurov who was understanding, kind, professional and ensured I as comfortable throughout. Katie was again very kind and helpful when arranging finance options. Final thanks for both dental nurses for supporting with both appointments - they were both so helpful and ensured the process went smooth. I am astounded by the service received by everyone today and will be a customer with Banning Dental for life now! I have already recommended them to my husband and a few of my friends!
