Guys there is a very serious kind of fraud which is happening and I feel cheated by Balaji courier service (BCC).I wanted to send a pakage to my family member in Perth and contacted BCC.Initially they sounded so genuine and professional and promised to have my package packed in front of me but when their person arrived he failed to bring the exact packaging stuff despite telling them and sharing my content much in advance.I was still OK with it as they sounded faithful.Staff told me that he will take my stuff to his office and have it packed Live through mobile with all dimension and weight shown to me ,Believing them was again a mistake.Nothing Happened !! No weight shown,No dimension shown and I was verbally told that my dimension is falling under the category of 13KGS and Have to do the payment.Still believed with Faith and did the payment and was advised that I will be shared with tracking details the next day.Next day I get the call from BCC and instead of telling me my tracking details I am bluntly told by Some Arvind Kumar that I have to pay additional money as my stuff is falling under the category of 18KGS.(Magic) Either I pay or They will stop my Package.Despite telling and sharing my ordeal he was more concerned about money.Bluntly telling me either I pay or to take my package Back. I feel so cheated and would like to save others..Plz do not Believe in BCC and do not go as per their words.They should remove the Holy name of Balaji from their company name.#shame I hope this save other customer. I will definitely take this to court of Law and file case as I have all proof including all call details/payments. Chandra.

I had around 16 kgs delivered to USA from India. They did a fantastic job taking the box from my doorsteps to delivering in my sister's house in the US. Richa and neeraj were very helpfull through out the process.

I had my stuff delivered from India to Ireland during COVID-19 period. It was picked up from my house in India and delivered to my doorstep in Ireland. Dealt with Gaurav, he was very helpful and understanding. Excellent service, highly recommended

Extremely unprofessional customer service. I wanted to send package from Bangalore to USA. However, the person in charge insisted sending the parcel from Bangalore to Delhi by post, and kept on asking for documents weirder and weirder. I finally tried Fedex directly, and was able to send the parcel in one evening, after trying hard with Balaji for about 10 days.

Got food parcel delivered to USA within 5 days and the team was very helpful in packaging tand reachable everytime

THIS IS NOT MY EXPERIENCE WITH BALAJEE COURIERS, I HAVE BEEN SENDING PACKETS TO MY DAUGHTER EARLIER ALSO WHO IS IN INDIANA, USA. BUT THIS IS MY FIRST REVIEW WHICH I AM WRITING. INITIALLY I SPOKE TO MS. SUNITA ON LANDLINE TELEPHONE TO BOOK AN ARTICLE, SHE WAS VERY POLITE AND THEN REFERRED ME TO SHRI GAURAV WHO IN TURN GOT MY ARTICLE PICKED UP FROM RESIDENCE AND IT WAS SAFELY DELIVERED TO THE DESTINATION WELL IN TIME. I APPRECIATE THE EFFORTS TAKEN BY MS. SUNITA AND SHRI GAURAV WHO HAVE BEEN COOPERATIVE AND TAKEN CARE THROUGHOUT TO DELIVER THE ARTICLE IN TIME.

Initially I spoke to Sujit and handed over my parcel to a pickup location. There they did the packaging and then told they will send the parcel from Bangalore to Melbourne. I paid the money and they did not provide any receipts. I came back to melbourne and was wondering what happened. I called the number given by Sujit but arvind picked it. After that he gave an whatsup number and then I dealt with only messages. Within next one week I got my parcel. Even though they don't seem very professional, they have managed to deliver my parcel.

I had a great experience with balaji Courier and cargo when I moved to London from Bangalore. They are a great service provider with reasonable pricing. They were able to hold my goods till the time I was able to find an apartment in London. Which was almost a month... I would recommend balaji Courier to anyone who would prefer a hassle free service at a good price... :)
