Delivery was super quick Great products and my son was so happy with his safety lines! Thank you
Fantastic service and completely personalised for my daughter. I had sent 2 different measurements by accident but was contacted straight away to check it was correct. The headbands are beautiful and you can see a lot of effort has gone in to making them. Will definitely use again.
We have purchased from here time and time again. Quality is always excellent and customer service just cam be faulted. Always answer any questions and just so helpful and friendly.
Bryony was very happy to amend my hat as the first attempt did not provide enough room for my particular abutment. (for BAHA 6.)
Fast and easy delivery
My cuff will not stay on my ear.
Wonderful product (and idea) that has helped my daughter to navigate getting used to her recent BAHA implants.
Fabulous, such helpful communication, really grateful for the support.
When I had a BAHA fitted 10 years ago, I assumed I would no longer be able to wear hats again. These hats are inspired, but such a simple idea. Service is very fast indeed. I now need to get some of my other favourite hats that have been sitting redundant. The safety lines are also east to fit and effective. I do a lot of gardening and the line has stopped me worrying about losing my BAHA in the garden.
A great experience! They answered my question, and delivery was fast. Would shop there again!
Very responsive and excellent comms.
We have ordered several times now from Bryony and always great service and product. Always receive prompt replies to enquiries and delivery is always within promised timeframe. So glad to have found this company and products; my little boy loves his BAHA bands! Would highly recommend to all!
I love this headband. The sound quality of my AdHear when using a headband is vastly improved. The comfort and ease of use were better than expected. Having spent a long weekend at a music festival wearing it, I was pleased with how securely it fastened my hearing aid, and also received some compliments on how it looked. Customer service was excellent too. Will definitely buy more in future.
I was hoping the hat would have an actual attachment for the specific device rather than simply a hole cut out of a very average looking cap.
Great service and advice
Great communication and fast service altered many times without fuss thank you
My daughter is thrilled with her safety line with charms. Thank you
Great communication from this site. Was really easy to order & had lots of variety. Delivery was quick
Great company this is the second order I have made so far I bought a bobble hat, 3 bilateral safety chains and a dry box all delivered in great time and the products have been brilliant
Great BAHA band Could perhaps help if button attachment instructions were included. But managed to sort it out.
Needed the cap at short notice for our holiday so messaged and was assured they are quick to make and don’t usually take as long as the website states, cap arrived 2 weeks later just in time for our holiday and is perfect!
