Great product and gives me faith in wearing BAHA now. Friendly , helpful and speedy at responding and sending purchases
Whilst the hat is ace. There is not enough space around the device to stop it being caught. My little girl was in tears as it caused a constant buzzing through her device.
Great experience the seller is super helpful and the quality of bands and accessories provided is brilliant. Thank you
Fantastic service. Lovely products. Thanks
The order arrived quickly and the headband is perfect. Good quality and good price
Great product and great customer service!! Ordered a woolly hat. Great hat, but hole not big enough and causing feedback. Emailed to ask if hole could be made bigger. Got a response almost immediately saying yes. Sent hat back and received it back quickly. Now perfect for me!
Brilliant service thankyou so much my boy loves his hat
Great and fast communication. Wide range of different designs. Quick delivery, products of good quality and last well. Really supports my daughters enjoyment of wearing her hearing aids having personal, colourful headbands
Not only are the products amazing, the customer services goes above and beyond. I’m so happy with everything I’ve bought for my son
The hairbands for our Baha6 work and look great! They are easy to put in. I even think they have a way better Qualität than the original! Shipping was fast - even to Austria! The only disadvantage ist the price. Shipping and customs was another 40 Euro - so 2 hairbands and the adapter were 140 Euro for us. Your book ist so lovely - I couldn't find another book like that. I would defininately reccommend you and your company!!
Great headbands that make baha wearing a much nicer experience. The Bear like me was an instant success with my daughter - highly recommended!
Thank you, again for my daughter’s lovely hearing aid band. Have ordered before and will order again
Great selection and great communication
Really well made. Brilliant for giving my little one a bit of extra confidence with her hearing aid! Thank you
Order dealt with efficiently and quickly received order within a few days.
Answered my questions quickly. The order arrived really quickly, well packaged and great quality. Daughter is very pleased with it, as am I. I will be ordering again.
Bryony was really responsive when my order needed to be amended, when I had questions and delivery was much quicker than expected! Highly recommend - the BAHA bands are so much more comfortable and nicer looking than the band provided by the hospital.
Just what the doctor ordered the cap fits perfectly and no whistling from my hearing aid
Amazing quick and perfect thank you so much
Great service thanks
