My daughter loves her new BAHA bands, great quality and great fit

Swift delivery and good quality holder!

Great customer service. I ordered a custom headband and was given a few options for designs when I gave my sons likes, ended up ordering a Harry Potter design headband and a teddy dog which was made even better with a matching headband. My son was thrilled with both and loves wearing his new headband and gets lots of compliments for it.

All communication was really good, from helping me choose the right aid to dispatch. The bear and aid are lovely, really well made. Very happy.

Thank you. Hat came promptly, is of good quality. But the BAHA still whistles quite a lot, am still trying to adjust the hat to remove that.

Great quality headband, excellent communication, prompt despatch

The band is slightly smaller in breadth compared to the original. Be aware that you need to button can't use the original. Delivery felt was poor, it took a week for mine to come

I bought these bands for my 4 year old to encourage her to wear her BAHA more. The bright designs and variety are great and she loves being able to choose each day which band she wants to wear. The bands adjust easily and are comfy. Just don't assume your current BAHA connector will fit. We had to place an additional order for a button for the bands after realising ours is the wrong shape for these bands. It would be nice to see some satin or velvet style bands for special occasions.

Beautiful products, and a really great selection! So far we have seven in our collection, and there have been requests for a Halloween and a Christmas one too! Hospital appointments and medical devices are no fun for little kids, and being able to go online and choose some pretty bands to match her personality/variety of outfits has made the journey a little easier. Giving her some choice and control over her situation where she has none, has really made a difference. The bands aren’t just pretty girls ones, there are neutral ones, cartoon ones, festive ones, plain colour ones. They are great quality, have a grippy side to stop them sliding off, are reasonably priced, and great communication from the company. Everything from answering my queries to keeping in touch about my order. Can’t recommend enough!

Beautifully made great quality products! We have been using a Baha 5 for my daughter for 3 years and she always loves getting a new head band, she’s really starting to build up her collection. She recently has been swapped to a Ponto 5 Superpower and i love how easy Bryony’s products are to swap over for different processors. Just had to get the different adapter and it meant that Florence can use her many headbands for her new processor. Bryony is so helpful and is always super quick to respond with any questions that you have! It’s always so lovely to go onto her simple to use website and she always comes up with new and exciting items!

What wonderful products and excellent service. Having found out my 7 year old Grandson had to have hearing aids fitted I started searching for something that would help with the transition. I'm so pleased I came across BAHA. It was so easy to order with quick delivery. The customer service is excellent (I amended my order) and nothing is too much trouble. I can not recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic service, was really helpful pre order. We had a slight issue with the holes not lining up on my daughter’s aids but these were rectified and my daughter is over the moon.
