DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL PUT A HARD DING ON YOUR CREDITAND THEN YOU WONT EVEN FROM A SINGLE PERSON. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.
The most egregious thing they did was start the process of putting the new lender as the lien holder for my vehicle with my insurance company and the DMV, without me having signed ANY loan paperwork. As part of the process, I did sign a limited power of attorney specifically for this, so once the loan terms were agreed upon and I signed the loan documents, they could easily make those changes. That said, I haven't even seen any of the loan documents, let alone signed ANYTHING. What they are doing is flat-out illegal. When I got the alert that this had been changed on my insurance policy, I immediately contacted the loan specialist I have been working with, and surprise, surprise, I haven't heard back from her. The second issue I had was basically a bait & switch. I had a pre-approval offer of an interest rate that was over 3% lower than my current rate. My goal was to refinance my car for a lower rate and lower payment. The interest rate they came back with wasn't even 1% lower than what I already have, so to get the lower payment, they extended the term of my loan by 10 months. And good luck getting a hold of their escalation department, you can't even leave a message. Thankfully, I have not signed any loan agreements as this company is SHADY AF. I wish I had read these reviews before I started the refi process. I trusted that CreditKarma would vet their partners beforehand, sadly, I guess if you pay enough to be listed on their site, they don't care.
Ryan was excellent throughout the entire process and provided excellent communication skills; keeping me updated throughout each step of the process. Thank you again for going above and beyond!

They advertise 4.85% for a used car loan with exceptional credit. I currently purchased a used car and received a 6.79% APR from the dealership. Saw the 4.85% and applied. My current FICO score on Experian is 848 out of 850. They came back with a 11+% APR and said it was due to the hard credit check.... WHAT, I have a near perfect credit score. This company is falsely advertising and deceiving customers. Read other reviews. They should be shut down for deceptive practices.

Autopay facilitated my loan. The company Shorted my payoff and took over 30 days to complete. This resulted in me having to make 2 payments. One to the new company as the due date was 2 days after funding and one to the old company to cover the shortage. The new company also refused to accept my legal, valid drivers license as proof of identification because I moved to a different state. 100% would not recommend using this company!

They claim that they are a broker to refinance or finance an auto loan. They are not even licensed in all states and are an absolute scam; they come back with rates 3-5 times higher than what you are already paying and expect at least 1/3 down on the value of the vehicle. They run your credit 7-9 times, causing multiple hits.

They advertise on Credit Karma for refinance with great loan rates. Basically the best loan rates going. Then do a hard pull and come back with a higher rate....usually higher than you are already paying. I have heard this from other reviewers, now I am adding myself to the list. Offered 7.....after hard pull offered 16.5% currently at 11.5%. What a scam!

Avoid this company! I saw refinance rates advertised as low as 4.95%, so I applied, hoping to lower my 6.29% loan. Instead, they offered me 6.49%—higher than what I’m already paying! Absolute joke. I also took a hard inquiry on my credit, only to find out the 4.95% rate isn’t even available in my state (AZ). Had they been upfront about this, I never would have applied. When I asked to have the inquiry removed, they refused. Deceptive advertising and a complete waste of time. Stay far away!

I recently received a message from Credit Karma suggesting I refinance my auto loan. I was redirected to AutoPay, a refinance company, where I filled out an application to see if I qualified. After submitting my credentials, I was approved and spoke with a representative named Patrick Olson. He informed me that I would need to submit my sister's credentials as well since the car is financed in both our names to complete the application. Patrick Olson later explained that to proceed with the refinance, I would need to pay $1,050. We finalized the agreement, and I was told to make the payment before March 20, 2025. However, two days later, I received a text stating that my application was denied. Patrick mentioned that while the loan was initially approved, issues with the title change and sales tax impacted the loan. I had clearly explained my situation to AutoPay from the start, yet I felt was misinformed and received little explanation. This experience has been very disappointing.

I received a very promising letter in the mail with a much lower interest rate and payment for my current car loan so I replied and when having an actual conversation I stressed only one hard inquiry or I wasn't interested so after 4 hard inquiries and a rude conversation with a representative I begged to just stop everything long story short I would not recommend Autopay

So disappointed, never ever trust this company, especially if they are in credit karma, I've always heard that there are companies who scam ppl but I never faced one until now, they do scam you and make you believe that you are the ones who did wrong, run they run to run your credit without you finalizing the application. So greedy and so unprofessional.
