DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL PUT A HARD DING ON YOUR CREDITAND THEN YOU WONT EVEN FROM A SINGLE PERSON. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.
The most egregious thing they did was start the process of putting the new lender as the lien holder for my vehicle with my insurance company and the DMV, without me having signed ANY loan paperwork. As part of the process, I did sign a limited power of attorney specifically for this, so once the loan terms were agreed upon and I signed the loan documents, they could easily make those changes. That said, I haven't even seen any of the loan documents, let alone signed ANYTHING. What they are doing is flat-out illegal. When I got the alert that this had been changed on my insurance policy, I immediately contacted the loan specialist I have been working with, and surprise, surprise, I haven't heard back from her. The second issue I had was basically a bait & switch. I had a pre-approval offer of an interest rate that was over 3% lower than my current rate. My goal was to refinance my car for a lower rate and lower payment. The interest rate they came back with wasn't even 1% lower than what I already have, so to get the lower payment, they extended the term of my loan by 10 months. And good luck getting a hold of their escalation department, you can't even leave a message. Thankfully, I have not signed any loan agreements as this company is SHADY AF. I wish I had read these reviews before I started the refi process. I trusted that CreditKarma would vet their partners beforehand, sadly, I guess if you pay enough to be listed on their site, they don't care.

I have a credit score over 800. They advertised that my loan rate would be 3.5%, and only AFTER pulling my credit and approving me did they tell me that their actual best possible rates are close to 6%. They said I qualify for their best rates, and are sorry they advertised 3.5%. They claim they don't know why my Credit Karma profile and other advertising sources are showing 3.5%. They lie. They hurt people's credit.
Got a prequalified offer in mail from them to refinance my car loan. Then they collected a lot of information for application and they confirmed that the application was sent to credit union and then I got letter that, I quote: 'unable to prequalify', and that's for a prequalified offer, lol. I can't even confirm if the application was rejected or not or it's some failure in their system. Representative Manoj was not responding for days within the process, not being able to keep their own promises for time-windows as agreed (to call / respond). I wish I hadn't spent any time dealing with them and just go directly to the bank or credit union.
Well so far I'm on the fence when it comes to reviews on here because it's either 5⭐ or 1⭐ which is odd in itself! Besides all that I'm giving 5 stars just for all the dedication and honesty my rep/ Chelsea has been showing me. Thanks for keeping it ,💯! Plus that cute lil laugh and voice, it's a no wonder she's sales women of the year...or at least to me she is! LOL 😃 Update-/ Papers are all pretty much done she made sure of that. Kinda funny when you talk to the interesting loan young lady for sure more then anyone else you know atm. Lol

Terrible experience! The monthly payments and rates were not as advertised. Furthermore, Anesha was extremely unprofessional. She didn’t call me back to touch base after we had a time/date set up to conference. I am a professional and had rearranged my entire day around a phone call with her about my auto refinance that never happened. Bate and switch company! Beware!

20 kronor som debiteras för att dom påminner om att betalkortet snart går ut är, tycker jag, snudd på skamligt/ocker. Som tur är finns det massor med andra parkeringsbolag som inte gör så såsom easypark, parkster etc utan dom skickar bara ut ett mail/mess (GRATIS) om att mitt betalkort snart går ut o det gör att dessa känns betydligt mer seriösa och omtänksamma mot mig som kund. I mitt fall bestämde jag mig omedelbart för att ta bort min profil och betalkort helt och hållet från autopay, vill inte ha att göra med bolag som uppträder såhär mot sina kunder.
