DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL PUT A HARD DING ON YOUR CREDITAND THEN YOU WONT EVEN FROM A SINGLE PERSON. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.
The most egregious thing they did was start the process of putting the new lender as the lien holder for my vehicle with my insurance company and the DMV, without me having signed ANY loan paperwork. As part of the process, I did sign a limited power of attorney specifically for this, so once the loan terms were agreed upon and I signed the loan documents, they could easily make those changes. That said, I haven't even seen any of the loan documents, let alone signed ANYTHING. What they are doing is flat-out illegal. When I got the alert that this had been changed on my insurance policy, I immediately contacted the loan specialist I have been working with, and surprise, surprise, I haven't heard back from her. The second issue I had was basically a bait & switch. I had a pre-approval offer of an interest rate that was over 3% lower than my current rate. My goal was to refinance my car for a lower rate and lower payment. The interest rate they came back with wasn't even 1% lower than what I already have, so to get the lower payment, they extended the term of my loan by 10 months. And good luck getting a hold of their escalation department, you can't even leave a message. Thankfully, I have not signed any loan agreements as this company is SHADY AF. I wish I had read these reviews before I started the refi process. I trusted that CreditKarma would vet their partners beforehand, sadly, I guess if you pay enough to be listed on their site, they don't care.
Ryan was excellent throughout the entire process and provided excellent communication skills; keeping me updated throughout each step of the process. Thank you again for going above and beyond!

Deceptive advertising with a low rate promise to encourage an application which triggers a hard inquiry on your credit report only to be informed that the refi rate is much higher then your existing car loan
Sent me a letter in the mail to refinance my truck with a lower monthly payment and lower rate. Turns out it was a waste of time and effort. These letters say pre-approved. Total BS.
I was sent a pre-qualified loan offer. I have an over 800 credit score. This company wasted my time. They couldn't even call me back and tell me it they canceled my pre-qualification. Instead sent me an email. The representative I talked with on the phone when applying was very nice. Just would wished they would have let me know at that time. Slap in the face with my excellent credit
I have a good credit score and was targeted via Credit Karma for a 3,5 % loan and reduction in my minimum monthly payment. Their representative was nice, but borderline incompetent. The next day they call to offer a loan having a 15% rate ( 3 times my current rate ) which was what I cared most about.
Megan was great! Everything was done very quickly and never took more than a couple hours to respond at max! All said and done, the process took 6 business days. I was very happy with this service.
I write reviews for two reasons. Experience was good or it was bad. In this case-very good! M. Nott is a definite assett to your company. I have had contact almost daily and every contact was positive and productive. I was kept informed every time and always with competence. The 3 C's apply here. Comfort, confidence, and commitment. Achieved the first 2 on the first contact and the 3rd on the second contact. Your company was represented in the best of ways. I recommend you without hesitation. Job well done!
I received a solicitation from Autopay telling me that I was prequalified for an $83 dollar reduction in my monthly payment. The solicitation bears the BBB logo and indicates that they are an Accredited Business A+. Only after I shared my highly confidential information was it revealed that my payment would not actually go down. In fact, my rate would more than double to 15.91% and my payment would increase by $160. This was a completely fraudulent solicitation and leaves me very concerned about the possibility of Identity Theft. I recommend you avoid this company and search for a legitimate company for refinance options.
I've been trying to get an auto refinancing done w/ them for three weeks now. I submitted all my info in a timely manner, was approved very quickly and even signed all the contracts. But since then, it's been very difficult to get an update and my rep, TreVion Ross, has been terrible at communicating with me. I would even call him worthless. I've called the corporate number several times to request that somebody take over my account, to no avail. I would be very wary doing business with this company.
