Achat de deux vehicules globalement bien passé mais renseignez vous bien avant d encherir sur les conditions

Am cumpărat de la ei o mașină, bine, prin platforma Troostwick, mașina care în anunțul de licitație nu avea nimic specificat vis a vis de defect la motor, și faptul ca e inutilizabila. Abia când a ajuns transportatorul la locul încărcării, am aflat ca defapt cumpărasem un gunoi pe care ei îl vindeau ca mașina conforma. Au tot insistat pe ideea unei licitații publice, astfel încât să îmi închidă gura. Practic am ales sa ma adresez organelor competente sa ia masuri în astfel de situații, strict pentru faptul ca au ascuns cu buna știință defectele

Je moet een tijdslot afspreken. Die zitten dan opeens vol. Dat is best lastig. Mijn auto stond niet klaar toen ik kwam. Dat vind ik dan raar als je werkt met tijdslot. Accu was leeg. Was hoop gedoe. Ik had de auto blind gekocht en duurde een uur voordat ik hem zag. Twee hele jonge jongens aan de balie. Past niet helemaal bij de auto’s die je daar komt halen. Verder wel aardig. Verder zaten er op twee deuren pitjes en OK een andere een kras. Die waren niet zichtbaar op de foto’s. Dat kan beter.

I purchased a car from Troostwijk Auctions through their website. The staff were friendly and polite, but unfortunately that alone doesn’t justify a higher rating. The car started during pickup, but it was immediately clear that it had serious issues. While the advertisement did mention that the yellow engine warning light was illuminated on the dashboard, this disclosure does little to reflect full honesty about the vehicle’s condition. Shortly after I got home, the engine began making very loud noises, and thick white smoke started pouring heavily from the exhaust. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I would strongly advise others to have any vehicle thoroughly inspected by an independent mechanic before bidding or buying.

Overall, a great experience and good service. There was a slight lag in communication (I gathered that email is not the priority), but in urgent cases, everything was resolved over the phone! Thanks!

I don't see how it could have been better, even though the city doesn't have the adequate infrastructure for more comfort, such as taxis and hotels. The vehicle retrieval went as smoothly as possible. My trip started in Spain, and from there I had all the necessary information to proceed. I was received at 8:20 AM in a comfortable room with coffee and water offered, which, I confess, given the cold outside (-7 degrees Celsius), was a very welcome gesture. Mr. Sjors was a very friendly and efficient professional, providing everything possible for a quick resolution of the matter, and making himself available for any post-delivery questions that might arise. My sincere thanks and congratulations for the service provided and the team. I highly recommend them.

Tot 2 keer toe de hoogste bieder maar 2 keer is het kavel niet gegund. Hier ook geen bericht van gehad. Dit is geen manier om een auto via veiling te verkopen.

Auto gekocht via Automotive Auctions, die volgens de advertentie technisch goed was. Na 100 km, eerste rit, ging het motor lampje branden en begon de auto te stotteren. Auto door de dealer garage na laten kijken. Bougies en bobines moesten vervangen en waren handmatig gemarkeerd waar t probleem zat en erger een lekkende remleiding die doorgerot was, was zwart gespoten om het probleem te maskeren. Automotive bood twee weken na melding aan om de auto voor honderden euro's naar een garage te brengen om onderzoek te doen. De auto stond toen al bij Van Mossel Mercedes in gouda, een garage die Automotive niet als onafhankelijk zag en de auto liever naar een garage bracht die geen mercedes motorhistorie kan uitlezen. Na het oordeel van Mercedes trok Automotive hun handen van de zaak af, omdat ik niet gehandeld had volgens de regeles waar je op de iPad voor tekent, maar niet te zien krijgt. In reactie op t antwoord van Automotive: Ik heb geprobeerd om in overleg tot een passende oplossing te komen om de auto in redelijkheid te laten onderzoeken, maar dit lijkt een tweede manier van automotive om geld te verdienen aan een toch al ontevreden klant. Ik ben benieuwd of t ze waard is. Met deze volgens automotive “technisch oke” auto, had makkelijk iemand t leven kunnen laten op de eerste rit. Ik weet niet wie de gebreken gemaskeerd heeft, wel wie de auto als technisch oke te koop zet. De foto’s kreeg ik opgestuurd van de garage. Automotive deed en doet er niks mee en dreigt me aan te klagen voor smaad, vanwege deze review. Nou prima!

Yesterday i go pickup the car when i was there i saw the car it was NOT the same as on pictures …! After i put it on my name i drive home and then u come to find out al the problems the car has like windows not open and electric / Airco and many other things that wasnt writed down on the Advertise Never gone buy a car from here again

Hello, I am sending you this email because I purchased a vehicle from you, a Maserati that was imported from Japan. I noticed that in the sale details it was stated that there were only two warning lights on. Unfortunately, after purchasing the vehicle, I have found that the electric windows are not working, that almost all electronically controlled features are not functional, and that the vehicle has strong gasoline fumes inside the cabin, which is unbearable for a buyer who was supposed to receive a vehicle with only two electronic issues. I am very disappointed by the lack of detailed information. Is there a way to resolve this issue?

Zeer nette afhandeling van de verkoop. Had gebeld of ik ook eerder de auto op kon halen en dat was allemaal prima. Netjes uitgelegd en begeleid.

Uitstekend ontvangen door Douwe, Daarna alles netjes afgehandeld met de Mini Cooper, die stond al buiten klaar om opgehaald te worden dus al met al helemaal tevreden!
