My experience so far was excellent

Failed to deliver when requested then tried to deliver when the business is closed and no phone number so no accountability. The automated chat line is useless and the human contact was unhelpful. The item has now arrived and the packaging was in poor condition as it had been round the houses to get here. Seems that Autodoc are not entirely to blame as the delivery problems are caused by a poor choice of courier. Also not helped as no phone number !!

Great items and fair price. Delivery was quick too.

I ordered two tyres (£177). My package is lost. The tracking page shows it was delivered, but no one knows anything about it. I reported the issue to Autodoc, and they promised to respond within 24–48 hours. Over the course of a week, I contacted them three times, but all they could tell me was that the case is under investigation and they have no further information. Someone made a mistake, and now I have neither the tire nor my money. Autodoc is still waiting for a response from the courier (DPD), and until then, they won’t give me any information. There’s no refund because the case is still under investigation, and I’ve been without the tire since the 5th — and I’m traveling abroad this week.

Had a section on all my concerns

My part arrived in good time. It was unfortunately the wrong part which was my fault for not reading the small print. Autodoc are a nightmare to contact and get information. It is not made clear that any returns have to go back to Germany. The process is a nightmare. It requires customs details. Email addresses and phone numbers other numbers. I wont be buying again and I suspect I will have to write off the value of the parts. What a horrible complicated process in a world where it could be so easy. Autodoc should not sell in the uk if the returns have to goto Germany.

Bought 2 front Bilstein shocks (B6) when priming them up didn’t sound to good and not muck residence pushing them in, then when fitting the bottom fixings where not wide enough had to get them done to fit the hub, now fitted with new spring and all other parts so all brand new, got to say I am not impressed at all no better then the standard shocks that I removed and one off them had leaked, a lot off money and don’t do what they say they do, I should have saved some money and bought the standard ones, someone did say to me they think there all seconds your getting they could be right. You read all about these b6 being great and then you buy some and end up very disappointed.

Excellent price compared to other vehicle parts website and delivered quickly to our work premises. Very happy with the service provided.
