I really don't understand why people order from anywhere else as the prices are the lowest, and the quality best. Delivery is actually very quick as well. Obviously if you need something that day then Autodoc isn't for you but if you can wait a few days you will save a fortune. Also the offers are amazing and earning money off is a great incentive. The only place I shop for car parts.

Have used a few times now, mainly because you can usually get hold of, what you want, at a reasonable price. It's my go to for all servicing parts and little things like light lenses, which cost a fortune, from most of dealers.

Hello everyone please avoid this poor company first their rates are to high also the stuff is bad quality and cheap i introduced family members and they sent me £25 but only can use 10% on every order so need to £100 then going to get £10 this is ridiculous

Worst company I seen on my life, I ordered Tyre from them not arrived for 6 months keep calling them everyday with no response, at the end they asked me to send written form . While I am speaking with customer service the end the call while I am speaking , fully disrespect. Not recommended to anyone

GOOD QUALITY PARTS WELL PACKED FAST SHIPPING

My husband ordered a window switch for our car, the exact product he was directed to order after entering our reg number and the page confirmed the part was compatible with our car. The part was £11.50, plus delivery fee of £8.50. The product has arrived today in a ginormous box full of packing paper, with the tiny switch in the middle of it all. The switch could absolutely have been posted and the package size and postage cost is completely unwarranted. Worse still, it turns out the part is NOT compatible with our vehicle despite the website saying it was. So I am now going to have to return the item, which means losing the ridiculous £8.50 I had to pay for postage, while ALSO paying extra postage to send it back due to their website being in correct. Also a disgusting over-use of packing materials, an unbelievable amount waste. Update: 5 days since they said they were looking into it and we have heard nothing. Our order number was included in the initial review for them. Can you contact us with an update urgently please Autodoc.

Terrible experience with AUTODOC. I ordered an oil filter and received one for a completely different vehicle. When I contacted them, they expected me to pay for the return shipping—despite it being their mistake. The return, including insurance, costs more than the actual filter. It feels like a scam to boost their sales by sending incorrect items and making returns too expensive to bother. I won’t be ordering from them again.

A Great Company but price differences vary too much i paid £12.70 for a parlando when it was dispatched the price dropped to £6.60 you blamed different supplier but it was the same one ?? But the part was spot on
