My gas tailgate strut failed first day.Once id found which order number was required ( that was not so easy to spot when buying several items for different cars ) using My Orders heading . ) I find Temu easier to look back on and spot an item recently bought. But i must say Autodoc fairly moved fast to sort it all out.I had bought a “Monday “ made gas strut obviously .In this instance i got a full refund and was not asked to post the faulty item back to Berlin. Getting the correct part with confidence is Autodocs best strongpoint and sturdy packaging.I also got a 20 EURO DISCOUNT on my next purchase as an apology .! Pretty good .

Great parts, 2 X MAF sensors for my BMW. Work just like the BMW ones, half the price. Arrived quickly and very well packaged.

So far items were received in good time at a reasonable cost. For me the important thing is that I can expect the right parts to fit my vehicle.

I’ve used AUTODOC many times and they have always been consistently good and delivered for me. Not only delivered on time, but also on price and quality. They are my go to suppliers for the stuff I need to restore my old Saab. Very highly recommended.

Customer service and chat facility is rubbish. They Only use a ‘bot’ and don’t connect to an actual person. Delivery using EVRI is also slow.

Fast delivery, great prices! I wish that application has an option to add your VIN number and then filter out for you parts which fits to your vehicle. This would reduce burden on customer services which you need to contact to make sure all fits. Take a long time to do that,but their customer service is good.

Always delighted with AUTODOC havent fitted my parts yet but with 200 days to return if not right I’m happy

Not AUTODOC fault however poor courier service as usual with Evri. For UK customer be warned Autodoc use Evri as their carrier and had a known that i would never had ordered with the, however their customer service was also shocking, informing me they would look into my order and get back to me the following day, days go by with nothing and then have to go through the process of that chat bots again. And finally when they confirm the package will be returned to them but wont issue a refund until they receive the parts.... lovely so the customer has to be the person to wait for the failure of their chosen carrier. AUTODOC did reach out to me and got a refund arranged which I am appreciative of…

ordered and paid for a part 16 days ago and have still not received item now evri the terrible delivery company they use have lost the order and all i get when i ask for a refund is- still under investigation ??? AWAITING REFUND??? UPDATE autodoc is now processing refund and also offered a discount voucher for future purchase hope they will sort better courier service next time .
