I’m Giving 5stars because of excellent selection of stock with very competitive prices.Unfortunately for me having spent approximately £800 for 2 orders 1st order had a small delay which Autodoc informed me about my 2nd order with placed on 6th April items in stock at that time again I was informed of 1-2 day delay ok now 16th and site says waiting for courier to collect it’s said that for several days now please look into this. Thanks. I was Contacted by Hanna at customer services she explained what the issue was and personally sorted it out for me. I received all my order within a couple of days.Absolutely 5 star service.Thankyou Hanna

The package arrived opened, the box was clearly compromised and it looked like someone had tampered with it. I contacted customer service, but the response was disappointing — the consultant seemed uninterested and just kept asking if the parts were okay. As a customer, I can’t be satisfied when I receive a parcel in such condition, even if the items inside appear intact. A very unpleasant experience, which is why I’m leaving 2 stars.

Use them properly and you will always get what you need. not as quick as some other services in dispatch but I can say I always get what I ordered, on time and for much much less than elsewhere. Been using them for around 8 years without any issues at all and all parts have been OEM+. The Ridex series seems to be very good value for money. 100% recommend

Delivery time not too bad, price brilliant parts fitted and working perfectly. If your not in a rush and can wait 5 days they have a good supply of makes and parts .perfect will use again.
