Don’t think that just because you give your reg that you will get the right part I order a timing belt kit for Audi su54mls belt and water pump we’re ok but tensioner and pulley didn’t fit but you can’t tell until it is striped down, so I had to by another kit so I could complete the job, I had to get the kit elsewhere as it would have taken to long from Autodoc

Had a problem with deivery of antifreeze containers , couriers resposible , Damage to packaging caused items to leak , after a while Autodoc refunded half the amount so they did sort it to my satisfaction, Am buying from them again now

I've used Autodoc in the past because they always have a good choice of quality OEM parts for my cars, but delivery was slow, like a month from Germany to the UK (and they didn't warn you at checkout). This time it came in a matter of days! Whatever they have done, this has vastly improved the experience. I will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Poor warranty support despite providing all proof I ordered a full set of top mounts from AUTODOC. One was faulty shortly after installation. It fit correctly and was confirmed compatible by a mechanic, and I provided proof of the issue, replacement, and labour costs. Despite this, AUTODOC refused to cover the labour, claiming the part was “incompatible” based on VIN data — even though the rest of the set works fine. They refunded the part as a “gesture of goodwill,” not because they admitted it was faulty. It fit correctly and was confirmed compatible by a mechanic! Their response was dismissive and inconsistent, and communication became slow after I followed up. I’m disappointed with how my warranty claim was handled and wouldn’t feel confident buying from AUTODOC again in case of future issues. I wouldn’t trust their warranty process again. Or buy from them again, i deleted the app and possibly delete my account.

Good company, good product, good shipping time and parts that fit, I put 4 stars because they could do better packing that heavy parts are mixed with fragile and they tend to crush it.

Two orders,both in stock. 1st one took 7 days, current one still waiting 11 days and counting . ..... update, received current order in 17 days! Basically if you need a part in a hurry,avoid

I have ordered 4 or 5 times now and the parts were always the correct items ordered and for the vehicle. The parts arrived within a week to the UK and the prices were unbeatable. I will use them again and probably check the Autodoc app first.

Returns is a nightmare and the customer services are really arrogant. Was sent a wrong item even though it was listed for my car. I was sent a returns label and does not work, and then contacted autodoc, was sent the second label and does not also work, the barcodes are not recognised. What a joke!!! So much hassle with no fault of mine. Was it worth it? out of pocket. Update: Had a reply from Autodoc, saying they have never had postage problems before, really arrogant.
