Poor warranty support despite providing all proof
I ordered a full set of top mounts from AUTODOC. One was faulty shortly after installation. It fit correctly and was confirmed compatible by a mechanic, and I provided proof of the issue, replacement, and labour costs.
Despite this, AUTODOC refused to cover the labour, claiming the part was “incompatible” based on VIN data — even though the rest of the set works fine. They refunded the part as a “gesture of goodwill,” not because they admitted it was faulty. It fit correctly and was confirmed compatible by a mechanic!
Their response was dismissive and inconsistent, and communication became slow after I followed up. I’m disappointed with how my warranty claim was handled and wouldn’t feel confident buying from AUTODOC again in case of future issues.
I wouldn’t trust their warranty process again. Or buy from them again, i deleted the app and possibly delete my account.
