Amy at Audley Travel created the perfect holiday in New Zealand with time in Singapore on the way out. Location of hotels ideal - and accommodation first class. Amy guided me through every detail of the planning and preparation. Her enthusiasm for the country and knowledge were reassuring for a first time long-haul traveller! Genuine interest shown while I was away and post trip call. Highly recommend Audley and many thanks to Amy for friendly and professional attention to detail.

Our experience with Audley was nothing short of perfect. Dan Pullen our contact helped put together a very memorable and enjoyable multi-destination holiday in Thailand stopping off in Dubai on our way back. Audley, and specifically Isabelle , designed a holiday for us that was exactly what i had asked for. 4 nights safari, followed by 4 nights beach. They offered us a selection of destinations and gave us enough information to make the right choices. She held my hand as I navigated the paperwork/visas etc ( don’t leave it too late!) and everything that she had arranged in terms of transfers from airports, transfers within airports , transport, guides, etc, happened according to the amazingly detailed itinerary that they send to you. The experience was a once in a lifetime, I will use Audley again, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Tom Wilkinson planned a trip of a lifetime to Africa for us. He was great to work with. All of the accommodations he selected for us were superb. He had attention to all details of the trip. We were very impressed when he had a person greet us In Johannesburg and get us through the airport with luggage on a tight connection. All the safari camps were fantastic with top notch staff. Each was different than the previous one which made it even more enjoyable. We couldn’t be more pleased with how our trip turned out. Would highly recommend Tom if you are planning a trip to Africa!

For me I loved that any time I had a question or concern they were easy to get in contact with and resolved things quickly

My wife and I are keen travellers and we have used many UK travel agencies to visit around 30 international destinations. It’s fair to say that Audley has provided one of our best experiences abroad! We picked Thailand for our wedding anniversary (and my wife’s birthday) and the level of expertise, guidance and attention to detail has been second to none from start to finish! Some will argue that they are not the cheapest but they will happily tailor everything to your needs and budget, and if you can afford to pay a bit more, you certainly will not be disappointed! We feel they are excellent at getting to know you as well as your traveller profile and, in our case, they have been absolutely spot on with their recommendations of hotels and activities. You can also tell they choose their local partners very carefully to ensure the highest standards continue to be delivered abroad and it’s obvious they have a strong bond and trust relationship with their local partners and guides. In short, you cannot really fault Audley in any way when it comes to professional standards and you know you will be in safe hands with them throughout the process; we had a fabulous time in Thailand without a single “blip” but we would trust them 100% to sort any concerns (transport issues, problems with guides or hotels…) sensibly and efficiently, if needed so we would recommend them wholeheartedly and will certainly use them again. My wife and I just need to agree on our next destination!

We recently returned from a fantastic holiday to Jordan and Egypt. Jumana, our Audley specialist, really listened to and understood what we wanted and the resulting itinerary she recommended turned out to be exactly right. Excursions, most with private driver and guide, and hotel recommendations were spot on. We were worried about the situation in the Middle East (our holiday was booked many months prior to the current issues) but we could not have been looked after better by Audley's partners in both countries, and, Jumana or Audley were always available if there were any problems (which there weren't!). Our holiday exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend Audley Travel.

We were hoping to travel to Thailand in 2025. William was very helpful in finding out our needs and planning a superb trip tailor-made to our requirements. Sadly a major health issue has made it necessary to postpone our trip: William was extremely sympathetic and courteous in understanding and wishing us the best, genuinely responsive. We are back from a spectacular holiday in South Africa. From start to finish, our experience with Audley was brilliant, including our expert, Isabelle, working around the curveball I threw at her to factor in a weekend with a friend, mid trip, miles from her original route plan for us. We loved everywhere we stayed and Isabelle organised such great accommodation for us. The ease of the whole trip, with everything organised so well, was also what made it so special. Third holiday with Audley and the best yet. They really know the countries and work with you to put together the perfect itinerary. They think of everything. They are also on hand to deal with any issues that arise while you are away. We’ll be travelling with Audley again.

We recently returned from a trip from Vietnam and Cambodia and it was a trip of a lifetime. We had help planning our trip from our region specialist Matthew who is very knowledgeable about the countries and suggested activities we would never have thought off ourselves ourselves but that we are absolutely thrilled we had the opportunity to experience. Every activity was amazing from the street food blogger in Hanoi, the Vespa food tour in Saigon, learning to throw a traditional fish net to seeing the floating villages in Cambodia. Matthew was very responsive answering our questions or addressing any concerns. All hotel accommodations were great to superior. Local drivers and guides were friendly, knowledgeable about culture, society, and history enhancing our overall experience. This was our second vacation we booked with Audley and our trip in 2024 to Australia was wonderful and the recent trip was just phenomenal.

I wanted to take my son away for his 21st birthday to New Orleans and Memphis over Halloween My agent was Stacey Lockhart She actually listened to my requests, paid extreme attention to detail and made the whole trips connections and flights flawless I specifically asked for an old hotel in the French quarter - that’s exactly what I got it was gorgeous, right in the heart of the French quarter and it had an outside seating area that was fantastic We were booked in a the guest house Graceland for 3 days, Stacey arranged our tour of the house and sent us lots of suggestions for places to eat, drink things to do in both locations She sent us our travel pack then called to go through it with us And was there while we were away if we needed her I rate Stacey 5star and am looking forward to her organising my next trip You couldn’t be in safer more reliable hands !

Our journey started with Paige in the global travel team who helped with advice in our initial stage of planning and she said about the amazing experience we would have, she listened and advised and said Audley would make it perfect and she wasn’t wrong, wow, wow, wow, is basically what we said everyday! She spoke to Alex and told him what we wanted and then Alex helped create the most magical experience, all for our 25th wedding anniversary, everywhere we went, something special happened as they knew and they made sure our special occasion was celebrated , we couldn't have asked more from start to finish, this was a trip of a lifetime and will not be forgotten, thank you Alex and Paige for your experience and dedication to ensure our holiday was perfect.

OMG...ERIC CARNES from Audley is so sweet...helpful to 2 seniors..walked us thru our long awaited vacation... Hi Everyone out there.... We got back a couple of weeks back from our long awaited vacation and boy do I have a GREAT review for you ...all thanks to Eric, from Audley. Firstly I must thank Eric, what a sweetheart of a gentleman, a great advisor on where and what we should and could do in Portugal and Spain since we were just clueless, we had never been there before. Eric was the best advisor and agent , we went in blindly BUT we came out BRIGHT and LEARNED..we told him more or less what we wanted or expected and HE WENT OVER AND ABOVE for us...we were amazed at ALL the services he provided for us..from AIRLINES..TOUR GUIDES. LIMOS..HOTELS...TRAINS Our airline travels was all taken care of ..we didn't have to wait on line for ANYTHING, He took care of it all.. OMG the service at our hotel in Lisbon was so beautiful..their service was tops...the BREAKFASTS at ALL the HOTELS was such a SPREAD..Any and everything you needed it was available..if it wasn't THEY made it available. The TOUR GUIDES in Lisbon was beautiful riding on the TUK TUK with Paola. .she was really good..we saw so many sights.. too much to go into.. Well I must say with Maria our TOUR GUIDE in Sintra was so amazing..delightful and knowledgeable on her history, she even went out of her way to send pictures of my husband's family shield ....AMAZINGLY AMAZING.. SPAIN was just as beautiful as Portugal. Our LIMO DRIVER GEORDI and our TOUR GUIDE were a riot...had us laughing all the way ...they were great..we LOVED them...took us all over touring MORE than what was on our schedule..the beautiful sights in Barcelona...the churches. All the nooks and crannies around.. the waterside..beaches..THEY WERE TOP CLASS. We did it all in both places.. Way more expected than we thought...much to say about it...but being in it is UNDESCRIBABLE.... THANK YOU Eric for all your help and your knowledge on trip.. Would HIGHLY recommend him . Our second holiday with Audley and they didn’t disappoint . Robyn listened to all our requirements,dreams and wishes and put together a fabulous itinerary. We all agreed ..it was the best family holiday ever. Only one thing left to say…where next Audley?

We've recently returned from our three week holiday in Argentina which was a fabulous experience and highly recommended. We'd never been to South America before and there's no doubt that having Audley Travel organise and plan a high quality itinerary in accordance with our requirements made everything go incredibly smoothly from start to finish. There were personal touches evident throughout our stay, which coincided with our wedding anniversary, and we were surprised and delighted to receive little gifts upon our arrival at the various accommodations we stayed at during the trip.

Our Audley Travel rep was so helpful in organizing a fun trip to Iceland. She is an Iceland expert, so her choices of tours, sightseeing spots, and restaurants were perfect. When we left a scarf at a tour stop, Audley's Eskimo group went beyond the call of duty to retrieve and return the scarf. When we plan our next trip, we'll definitely consult with Audley.

Brilliantly organised trip to Borneo..a thrilling adventure. The organisation via Audley both prior to leaving and whilst there was 5*** star….v impressive!! Thank you. Would recommend Audley every day of the week!
