OMG...ERIC CARNES from Audley is so sweet...helpful to 2 seniors..walked us thru our long awaited vacation... Hi Everyone out there.... We got back a couple of weeks back from our long awaited vacation and boy do I have a GREAT review for you ...all thanks to Eric, from Audley. Firstly I must thank Eric, what a sweetheart of a gentleman, a great advisor on where and what we should and could do in Portugal and Spain since we were just clueless, we had never been there before. Eric was the best advisor and agent , we went in blindly BUT we came out BRIGHT and LEARNED..we told him more or less what we wanted or expected and HE WENT OVER AND ABOVE for us...we were amazed at ALL the services he provided for us..from AIRLINES..TOUR GUIDES. LIMOS..HOTELS...TRAINS Our airline travels was all taken care of ..we didn't have to wait on line for ANYTHING, He took care of it all.. OMG the service at our hotel in Lisbon was so beautiful..their service was tops...the BREAKFASTS at ALL the HOTELS was such a SPREAD..Any and everything you needed it was available..if it wasn't THEY made it available. The TOUR GUIDES in Lisbon was beautiful riding on the TUK TUK with Paola. .she was really good..we saw so many sights.. too much to go into.. Well I must say with Maria our TOUR GUIDE in Sintra was so amazing..delightful and knowledgeable on her history, she even went out of her way to send pictures of my husband's family shield ....AMAZINGLY AMAZING.. SPAIN was just as beautiful as Portugal. Our LIMO DRIVER GEORDI and our TOUR GUIDE were a riot...had us laughing all the way ...they were great..we LOVED them...took us all over touring MORE than what was on our schedule..the beautiful sights in Barcelona...the churches. All the nooks and crannies around.. the waterside..beaches..THEY WERE TOP CLASS. We did it all in both places.. Way more expected than we thought...much to say about it...but being in it is UNDESCRIBABLE.... THANK YOU Eric for all your help and your knowledge on trip.. Would HIGHLY recommend him .
