Amazing experience with Audley! (Thailand)
My wife and I are keen travellers and we have used many UK travel agencies to visit around 30 international destinations. It’s fair to say that Audley has provided one of our best experiences abroad! We picked Thailand for our wedding anniversary (and my wife’s birthday) and the level of expertise, guidance and attention to detail has been second to none from start to finish! Some will argue that they are not the cheapest but they will happily tailor everything to your needs and budget, and if you can afford to pay a bit more, you certainly will not be disappointed! We feel they are excellent at getting to know you as well as your traveller profile and, in our case, they have been absolutely spot on with their recommendations of hotels and activities. You can also tell they choose their local partners very carefully to ensure the highest standards continue to be delivered abroad and it’s obvious they have a strong bond and trust relationship with their local partners and guides. In short, you cannot really fault Audley in any way when it comes to professional standards and you know you will be in safe hands with them throughout the process; we had a fabulous time in Thailand without a single “blip” but we would trust them 100% to sort any concerns (transport issues, problems with guides or hotels…) sensibly and efficiently, if needed so we would recommend them wholeheartedly and will certainly use them again. My wife and I just need to agree on our next destination!
