This company has a business model that looks after customers and provides experiences at a quality level. This is not an easy model to make work well, but Audley do it.

Amy designed a well thought through itinerary for our NZ trip, made suggestions and picked out accommodation suited to our needs. The trip was fantastic, would definitely recommend.

We've just returned from a tour of South Africa - driving along the Garden Route and taking in 2 safari's. We have been to SA before but this trip was absolutely stunning because of the locations and places we stayed - a memorable experience for us. Every tiny detail was just spot on - we couldn't fault it. Kirsty really did deliver on every front.

Thank you Ella for organising a fantastic trip for us to Southern India. Your knowledge of India was great and especially the tips for Fort Kochi where I believe you have lived. The whole trip went smoothly and at the right pace. Driver and guides were excellent as were the hotels with the exception of one which I believe has now been removed from your list Thank you once again and we will not hesitate booking with Audley in the future. In fact this was our fourth trip with you.

This was the third holiday which Audley organised for us. From the initial planning stage,to our return home, all aspects of the holiday went like clockwork. Our initial call, where we outlined what we hoped to do in India, was quickly followed by an outline plan put together by the Audley specialist. After a few tweaks a final itinerary was produced and this was the holiday which we have just enjoyed. All the hotels suggested by Audley were excellent in terms of location, service and quality of food. Our driver was outstanding and we always felt safe and relaxed on the journeys between hotels.Communication with Audley was excellent and any questions we had were immediately answered. We had a call just before leaving to see if we had any final concerns. In India we were met at the airport by the local representative who then took us to meet our driver. At the end of the holiday the same person was waiting at the airport and helped us through the complicated process of entering the airport and remained with us through check in and then on to immigration. What could have been a stressful beginning to our journey home was changed to a smooth operation. It is details such as this which make us keen to use Audley again in the future.Special thanks to Ella for putting together such an enjoyable trip to India.

Thank you Amy for making our New Zealand holiday a success. Throughout the process you were patient and so knowledgable. You took last minute changes in your stride. Even when we were 18,939 km away you managed our late change request quickly and efficiently! We'll be back to Audley to arrange our North Island visit.

We have just booked our holiday with Audley Travel. I wouldn’t usually leave a review before going on the holiday however, the service we have received from Hannah has been outstanding. We were interested in going to Singapore and Thailand. At one point we were even thinking of pulling out but the patience and understanding which Hannah has shown was second to none. She has spent time listening to what we like and don’t like and from that has worked with us to build an itinerary which suits everyone in our party. We are now looking forward to the holiday. ✈️😀☀️

we have just returned from a trip to Vietnam and Cambodia organised by Audley. We have used them previously for trips to New Zealand and New England. Honestly we would not use anyone else. Their attention to details, their various levels of accomodation and excursions and the staff they employ are of the highest quality. We had a cruise up the Mekong from Saigon on Pandaw cruisers, a small bespoke service, and found the level of care, itinerary and staff are beyond reproach. The guides are kind and caring with superb local connections. We are in our 70s as many of the people in our group were and each and every guide went out of their way to assist us and others. Recently at a BBQ someone we did not know said they travelled with the best travel comopany ever. Together we both said "Audley Travel". Use no other in our opinion.

5* Amazing service, very friendly, helpful,knowledgeable,listens to your requirements. Gives great advice, experience and does everything for you!! Sophie is the girl to go too! Always a phone call or email away and always gets back to you sharpish. Never afraid to go that extra mile. Wouldn’t even know where to begin if it wasn’t for Sophie and not only that she feels like a true friend. We started off with sending an email enquiry In, within a week the safari was booked and everything taken care of all we’ve got to do is pay and turn up. It’s as simple as that - stress free. Couldn’t recommend anyone better.

Audley organised a brilliant trip to Australia and NZ for us. Our rep listened carefully to our preferences and adjusted our bookings for us when we needed to change some dates. Every place we stayed and every organised tour we undertook was excellent allowing us to make the most of our time.

Isabelle in the Tanzania Team was a joy to work with. She was incredibly knowledgeable and forthcoming with extra insight and information. Her response times were so quick and she made us feel very comfortable. (Even after 100 stupid questions). I would highly recommend Isabelle!

We have booked a holiday in Tanzania/Zanzibar through Audley Travel. The whole booking experience has been brilliant! Nothing has been too much trouble for our travel consultant, Sophie Green. Not only has she a very impressive knowledge of the places we wanted to visit but was always willing to make sensible/helpful suggestions to help us fine tune our package to be sure that we will get the very best out of our holiday. She thoroughly checked through every aspect of the holiday with us and was particularly helpful in getting our visa applications sorted. Sophie has always been very approachable and we have been made to feel really valued. We will set off to Tanzania confident that Sophie has covered every angle. Daniel was over the top in terms of suggestions, itinerary, advice as he put together a great, detailed proposal for a trip to Italy for us. Following my enquiry to a possible trip in Bali, I was contacted by one of the Bali senior specialists, Charlotte C , I was very impressed with her knowledge and enthusiasm regarding Bali and Komodo, her suggestions and itinerary we discussed during a few phone calls and email exchanges to every single detail. Charlotte was approachable, understanding of our needs and expectations and very friendly. We have been using for the last 8 years another tailor made travel company but we have been disappointed of the service we received during our last trip to SriLanka during Christmas. We recently returned from a 3 1/2 week trip to Hong Kong, Thailand and Laos. Thanks to the exceptional planning, recommendations and bookings of Jack Tydeman of Audley Travel, the vacation was a huge success. Every connection was smooth. Our drivers and guides were friendly and educational. Our hotels were comfy, luxurious and clean. The itinerary and sites Jack put together made for a most memorable trip.

We recently travelled to Singapore and Malaysia for our honeymoon. Charlotte was our specialist and provided excellent guidance on which areas to visit, and ensured everything ran smoothly. Splashing out for our honeymoon we looked for a top quality specialist travel agency. Audley come well recommended and they didn’t let us down. A luxury fortnight in South Africa with safari, wine tour, mountains & beach was our wish, and Ben from Audley came up with exactly what we asked for.

Thanks to Charlotte, specialist for Malaysia, we managed to have a very unique and unforgettable experience for our honeymoon. She was fantastic in meeting our needs, budgets and interests and adding little perks that made this trip even more magical for us. Our experience started weeks before we leave for our trip: Audley sent us a wonderful hamper tailored to represent our Malaysian trip. They also gave us lots of different ways to be fully organised and aware of who to call, where to be, and what to expect: we used the Audley app which was super helpful with reminders and notifications, and we also had a print-out folder and digital version of it as well. Charlotte organised for us 1 night stay in Kuala Lumpur and her wonderful partner team in Malaysia welcomed us and drove us around. Their local partners were so helpful and friendly and gave also many interesting facts about the capital while driving us. Then we got private transfer, where the driver was so professional and friendly and finally we reached and stayed at the dreamy Pangkor Laut Resort. We wish we could stay a lot longer. Thanks for giving us an unforgettable lifetime experience Charlotte!

For many years I've longed to visit India but was scared about the stories of ill health and lately fearful of being too old. Audley's advisor Ella Craig really helped us work out a plan and a tour that would give us a holiday to remember ( for the right reasons!) while remaining able to cope. The choice of a driver to deliver us from city to city meant we got to see the countryside and daily realities of Indian life, but always had our driver's insight and steer. The guides in India were all extremely good and the oversight of our experience was closely managed by the Indian team working with Audley. From the moment we landed in Delhi. The activities and cultural experiences were all well planned and worth doing. And very good to end in Udaipur in a gorgeous hotel with some relaxation time on the lake. Only suggestion for improvement: including some maps and a bit of history information in the holiday folder to enhance the experience at so many historic gems.
