Lovely 40th anniversary trip to Sri Lanka organised by Audley, thanks so much to Alex Waud for the great programme and to our fantastic guide and driver Dinusha Ranasinghe. Such a varied and beautiful country.

Thank you James for helping us plan a fantastic trip to Japan. Everything went so smoothly from the initial booking, flights, hotels and excursions. The information we were given made everything so very easy each day - it couldn’t have gone any better. Impressed with Audley.

Recently returned from a fabulous tailor-made trip to SE Asia, including a Mekong river cruise and 3 nights on the Eastern Oriental Express. The trip was superb. Audley Travel devised our trip, paying attention to every detail. Our country specialist kept in touch with us and there has been great follow-up. This was our third trip with Audley and we rate them very highly.

Having used Audley previously to successfully travel to SEAsia several years ago I went back to them to try to put together a family trip to Costa Rica for Christmas time , 2025. While in the end it didn’t work out, our travel consultant at Audley, Robyn Lipkowitz, who specializes in Costa Rico travel, did an outstanding job putting together a trip for our family of 10. Robyn was extremely helpful, responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. When I discussed budget restraints, she was able to create a trip, find hotels and activities that met our needs and put together a week that checked all the boxes. Her friendly, upbeat, manner made every phone call and email a pleasure. When you work with Audley you always work with the most knowledgeable people for the area to which you want to travel. Robyn was very savvy about Costa Rica having traveled there several times and her advice was from her own experiences. This makes a big difference when you are visiting a country for the first time.

Another wonderful trip organised by the team at Audley Travel. This time we arranged a holiday to South Africa. Robyn Hutchons was our advisor and her personal experience and knowledge was invaluable in planning the holiday. The local ground agents in South Africa were extremely helpful in resolving some car hire problems. All in all, I have no hesitation in recommending Audley and we will certainly be using them again for our holidays.

We planned our honeymoon to Borneo with Audley and I can’t imagine a better experience. Everything went smoothly, we felt well looked after from trip booking and preparation to execution and check-ins after the trip. The customer journey is full of loving touches with my favourite being a little box appealing to the senses to build excitement for the trip. The guides and staff in Borneo were all helpful, experienced and friendly. We loved all the pre-booked excursions and activities. Our accommodation was described as „simple“ but we were very happy with them. I really didn’t want the trip to end!

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience planning a trip with Audley – especially thanks to Olivia. From the very first conversation, she was incredibly responsive and committed, somehow managing to help me plan a complex, customised itinerary in under a week. She even worked on a Sunday to help make it happen! Olivia is not only warm and friendly, but also impressively experienced in the region. She really listened to what I wanted out of the trip – I’ll be there longer than usual and had some specific hiking goals – and she was open, flexible, and collaborative as we shaped a route that was completely tailored to me. She also gave me clear, transparent options when it came to cost and logistics, which made every decision feel informed and pressure-free. I really appreciated how she aligned her suggestions with my priorities, rather than just handing me a standard package. Communication was a breeze – whether by email or phone, she was always reachable and helpful. The documentation I’ve received is super clear and well-organized, and I’ve already had quick responses from Audley’s in-country team, which gives me even more confidence. Most importantly, Olivia made me feel completely reassured and taken care of. I’ve planned a lot of travel over the years, but this is far and away the best planning experience I’ve ever had. I’m beyond excited for the trip, and I know it’s going to be something special – all thanks to her and the Audley team!

This was an extremely well organised and planned trip to Singapore and Borneo which met all our expectations. David Walters, our Audley specialist, demonstrated detailed knowledge of the locations being visited and was able to match this exactly with our requirements for the trip. He also stayed in touch and was able to deal with any issues that arose during the trip. Excellent job.

Amy did a brilliant job with our New Zealand trip. Catering for a Mum and 23 year old son combo was not an easy ask, but she hit the perfect note of relaxation and adventure.Ease of travel, accommodation, activities -Amy surpassed our expectations It’s given us memories we will treasure forever.

We have just returned from memphis. Carl was our advisor. He went above and beyond, before, during and after our trip. I have adhd and Carl was amazing explaining everything. He was very patient with my non stop questions. He was amazing basically. I didn't know there were companies who helped and supported you so much. It gave a sense of safety whilst there. Yes we had a few minor blips ( not Audley fault) but Carl was amazing. I would definitely recommend audley

We have just returned from a fantastic journey through New Zealand. Audley (and especially Amy Waters) understood exactly what we were looking for and what we wanted to see. The holiday was tailor made for our requirements and a couple of hiccups (outside of ours and Audleys control) were dealt with swiftly and without any kind of stress. I would not hesitate to recommend Audley.

Thanks to Audley & Emily (our personal travel agent) we had a trip of a lifetime to NZ & Aust. We went with Audley because of several reasons: from the first conversation, our agent began a relationship with us before even planning our trip; our agent had experienced the area we were traveling to; we had total access with our Agent or a QUICK phone # if we ever needed something before & during our trip within minutes; I loved the informative notebook with every detail of our trip-this became our mind throughout our trip; I love the trip app that showed each days events & I enjoyed downloading pictures each day. I could go on & on. Everywhere Emily planned for us was right on. Audley is a class act from day one. We would not hesitate to take another trip with Audley!!!

I recently returned from a 10 day trip to Japan as a solo traveler. Audley Travel did a great job setting up my itinerary.

I would just like to take the Opportunity to thank Audrey Travel and specifically Tamatha Fredrick’s For making my dream of a Vacation to Japan such a wonderful experience. Tamatha’s expertise and thoughtfulness in planning a trip designed specifically for me allowed me a memorable experience, creating beautiful memories. I would highly recommend this company and specifically Tamatha.

Although we are not able to take our Australian trip as expected, our FULL service provider, Colin took us every step of the way to make it totally customized to our wants/needs! We look forward to working with Colin again in the future!!

We have been on many long haul holidays with Audley Travel, they have all been excellent, all the staff listen to your requirements, write up a plan with a few options and then they plan your trip to your requirements. When we arrive in a different country you know from when you land there will be someone there to greet you and take care of you while you are away, they are not with you all the time but you always know you can get hold of your rep anytime. We have just arrived back from an excellent holiday in the Rain Forest and Galapagus which Scott Johnson organised for us and had a fabulous time.

We have just returned from our first trip to Thailand. It was extremely well planned Mat Hall listened to our likes and dislikes and custom created an itinerary that met our requirements. All the local guides we extremely well informed and helpful. It really was all in all a FIVE STAR experience.

We had the most fascinating trip and a magical experience in South Africa, all thanks to BEN, who planned our entire trip from start to end. My Partner and I were both traveling from different regions (Asia and Europe), and Ben was excellent at coordinating different time zones to ensure we both were informed timely and met mid-point to embark on our trip together. Being both very busy individuals, we completely left the entire planning to Ben, who never failed to deliver an extraordinary experience. Everything was so well organised and smooth. We were completely spoilt by Audley. Once again, thank you for the fantastic job!

We have recently returned from our trip to South Africa arranged by Ben Attenborough and want to say a big thank you to Ben and the team at Audley. Ben listened to what we wanted to experience whilst in SA and delivered the most perfect package. He made every effort to make sure that his proposals met our needs and the results did not disappoint. Every aspect of our trip was so well choreographed making our trip so relaxing and took away all of the stress that travelling can bring - it was streamlined, effortless and ensured we fell in love with Africa.
