I am writing to bring to your attention a deeply disappointing experience my wife and I had on December 4, 2024, at one of your locations. While waiting for assistance, a manager—whose name I believe Valerie at 5700 NJ-42 N, Turnersville, NJ 08012 approached us. Without introducing herself or greeting us, she simply stood in front of us silently. When I said “hello” and asked for assistance, her response was dismissive, stating she couldn’t help without a name.
What followed was even more upsetting. After I mentioned to my wife that the service was poor, the manager made a hurtful remark implying, “That’s the reason you’re doing Uber now,” clearly mocking our situation. My wife and I are working hard to make ends meet, and this comment was not only unprofessional but also deeply insensitive and disrespectful.
I expect better from someone in a leadership position at your company. Such behavior is unacceptable and does not reflect the customer-focused values your brand represents. I kindly ask that you investigate this incident and take appropriate action to ensure no other customers are subjected to similar treatment.
