First time here. Not my typical retail hangout but I had to pick up a few items for thanksgiving. I asked 3 different women and not one NOT a single person knew where I could find the two ceramic serving items I was looking for. I showed the photos. I was directed to half the football length of the building to a corner w garden stuff. I asked a third lady and she told me — oh they must just be out of them—- thanksgiving serving two weeks before thanksgiving. I decide to search myself and walked around one isle and found two of the items - eye roll Than at checkout I asked the lady if she was sure that was enough — sheet of paper— to wrap the ceramic items. As I hear the ceramic dishes clanging - eye roll
My last visit to the Webster store, was fantastic! I spoke with the store manager, Lydia and told her how much I LOVE her store. There are lots of new products. The store is so clean, items where they belong, it shows the commitment of her employees to customer's for an awesome shopping experience. I encourage shoppers to give this store another chance, will you be satisfied in what you see and hear, from a group of employees that their total purpose is give a freedom to all shoppers and the guarantee of returning to continue to enjoy the store surroundings. Thank you, At Home for all you do!
Store was clean and had alot of merchandise. Antonio Anderson was the best sales associate. Was so friendly and took the time to help me find products. Good customer service. He is a keeper!
I'm a big fan of the At Home store. There order online and pick up in store process couldn't be easier. I highly recommend for any home decor stuff you need. Don't forget to use their coupon! Totally worth it. I've used them to decorate my children's rooms.
They said I picked up my order at the store even though I haven't gone to pick it up yet. The online support can't seem to get in touch with the store so they say they can't do anything about it. The store doesn't seem to know what to do either. Now I may have to go through my credit card company to get a refund
