I ordered an Office Desk online from At Home, and it arrived with a major defect – a large dent on the tabletop. I immediately contacted customer service and explained the urgency of the situation, as I needed the desk replaced or resolved quickly. They assured me I would hear back within two days, but it has now been three days, and I still have not received any response. Because of their lack of follow-up, I am stuck without a desk. I can’t even place a new order or process a return since I am waiting for their response. This situation is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I expected better communication and customer service from At Home, especially in resolving issues with damaged products. Extremely disappointed!
