I placed an order online and received a notification that only part of my order was being delivered. I contacted the store in Fort Worth, Texas at +1 (817) 754-7559 to find out what was going on. I spoke with someone named Maria, who claimed to be the store manager. She was shockingly rude, offered no helpful information, and hung up on me in the middle of the conversation. When I asked who her manager was, she said Mr. Campbell but claimed he was not available. I called back immediately, but no one answered. I left a voicemail, but I don’t expect a response based on how poorly I was treated. This experience was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I will never do business with this company again, and I strongly advise others to avoid them as well. If this is how they treat paying customers, it speaks volumes about how little they value anyone’s time or money.
