NEVER AGAIN

NEVER AGAIN - Do NOT buy an Asus product. They do NOT stand behind their products. I have a laptop with a cracked screen. This (from my experience) is an EXTREMELY rare event - first time EVER for me and I've owned a dozen laptops or more over a period of MORE than 35 years. When presented with these facts and a REASONABLE solution, they effectively told me to GO POUND SAND. And this was the CEO's office. CLEARLY all Asus want's is your $$ up front and as soon as warranty runs out... you're done. NO EXCEPTIONS. So, I say... NEVER AGAIN!!

Bought a brand new laptop about six…

Bought a brand new laptop about six months ago. It was supposed to be super resistant to dust , drops etc. In six months time 3 keys have popped out and are unfixable. Called the service and they told be that the guarantee cannot cover it Great work Asus

Nie polecam – nowy laptop uszkodzony po 2 dniach, brak reakcji i brak możliwości zwrotu Kupiłem nowy laptop ASUS, który już po 2 dniach przestał działać – system Windows się nie uruchamia, pojawia się tylko niebieski ekran. Oddałem sprzęt do sklepu EURO RTV AGD, gdzie został zakupiony. Niestety, laptop przez 2 tygodnie po prostu leżał na magazynie sklepu. Od początku zapewniano mnie, że diagnoza potrwa 2-3 tygodnie, ale ten czas już minął, a ja wciąż nie mam żadnej informacji ani sprzętu. Kontakt z serwisem ASUS jest praktycznie zerowy – brak jakichkolwiek aktualizacji. Poprosiłem sklep o zwrot pieniędzy, ponieważ laptop był wadliwy od samego początku, ale usłyszałem, że wszystko musi przejść przez serwis gwarancyjny i oni „nic nie mogą zrobić”. Nowy sprzęt, który nie działa i żadnej odpowiedzialności ze strony sklepu ani producenta. Obsługa klienta na bardzo niskim poziomie. To był mój ostatni zakup tej marki – zdecydowanie odradzam.

My experience with Asus customer service has to be the worse experience I ever had with any other company, they don't care and certainly is zero help. they lost a customer.

Absolute waste of 180$ on a b650m wifi…

Absolute waste of 180$ on a b650m wifi motherboard. I recently got a new motherboard for a new pc build and the wifi 6 mediatek is not working at all the computer is not recognizing it. I tried everything updating motherboard, drivers, windows update, different wifi 6 cards NOTHING. and its too late since I already built the computer. I will never purchase from this garbage company ever again.

Avoid Asus products

With over 30 years in tech and leadership, you can spot when a company is in decline—and Asus is showing all the signs. I sent in a high-end laptop for repair over two months ago. They couldn’t give a timeline, never inspected the device, and then returned it completely unrepaired—without my consent. For a brand selling laptops at £2,000+, this level of service is unacceptable. No communication, no accountability, and no respect for the customer. Save your money. Avoid the stress. Choose a brand that actually values its customers.

Worst company ever with worst customer…

Worst company ever with worst customer service. AVOID. Purchased their laptop, had a hardware issue, failed to honour warranty by finding a fake moisture issue", claimed to have disposed the laptop after asking for money to fix and up to now they have not refunded so called repair money.

ASUS truly is trash, being ignored where I go

For someone who works with computers nearly every day. I have never had such a bad experience. For a company that really does not care about its client's end result. This is what you can expect. Think twice and pay twice to have them shut down

Nice products, horrible service.

Normally I'm one to recommend some ASUS products, I'm pretty fond of their designs, especially the collboration products and their PSU; they have been incredibly reliable to me. However, after participating in their Rate Your Gear promotion and even having my review approved and qualifying for the prize, I have still yet to receive it more than 30 days later and two emails being ignored. At this point, I'm not even expecting it now. After this experience, I can't say that I'll ever be buying another ASUS again. They've lost themself a customer and I was considering using a lot of ASUS parts for my next PC build.
