NEVER AGAIN

NEVER AGAIN - Do NOT buy an Asus product. They do NOT stand behind their products. I have a laptop with a cracked screen. This (from my experience) is an EXTREMELY rare event - first time EVER for me and I've owned a dozen laptops or more over a period of MORE than 35 years. When presented with these facts and a REASONABLE solution, they effectively told me to GO POUND SAND. And this was the CEO's office. CLEARLY all Asus want's is your $$ up front and as soon as warranty runs out... you're done. NO EXCEPTIONS. So, I say... NEVER AGAIN!!

Bought a brand new laptop about six…

Bought a brand new laptop about six months ago. It was supposed to be super resistant to dust , drops etc. In six months time 3 keys have popped out and are unfixable. Called the service and they told be that the guarantee cannot cover it Great work Asus

Nie polecam – nowy laptop uszkodzony po 2 dniach, brak reakcji i brak możliwości zwrotu Kupiłem nowy laptop ASUS, który już po 2 dniach przestał działać – system Windows się nie uruchamia, pojawia się tylko niebieski ekran. Oddałem sprzęt do sklepu EURO RTV AGD, gdzie został zakupiony. Niestety, laptop przez 2 tygodnie po prostu leżał na magazynie sklepu. Od początku zapewniano mnie, że diagnoza potrwa 2-3 tygodnie, ale ten czas już minął, a ja wciąż nie mam żadnej informacji ani sprzętu. Kontakt z serwisem ASUS jest praktycznie zerowy – brak jakichkolwiek aktualizacji. Poprosiłem sklep o zwrot pieniędzy, ponieważ laptop był wadliwy od samego początku, ale usłyszałem, że wszystko musi przejść przez serwis gwarancyjny i oni „nic nie mogą zrobić”. Nowy sprzęt, który nie działa i żadnej odpowiedzialności ze strony sklepu ani producenta. Obsługa klienta na bardzo niskim poziomie. To był mój ostatni zakup tej marki – zdecydowanie odradzam.

My experience with Asus customer service has to be the worse experience I ever had with any other company, they don't care and certainly is zero help. they lost a customer.

J'ai acheté un ASUS TUF A15-TUF507RR-HN076W PC Portable Gamer 15" Full HD 144Hz (AMD Ryzen 7-6800H, 16G (2x8 Go) RAM, 512Go PCIe SSD, GeForce RTX 3070) Windows 11 Clavier Rétroéclairé AZERTY Français RGB 1 Zone le 29/01/2023 pour la somme de 1300€ garanti 2 ans. Il est tombé en panne au mois de mai 2025 soit 4 mois après la fin de la garantie. La carte mère est HS et le réparateur m'annonce une carte mère à 855,39€ hors main d'oeuvre. C'était mon troisième Asus, mais ce sera le dernier. PS: ce modèle n'est déjà plus en vente nulle part.

This company is simply a fraud

This company is simply a fraud. I returned a laptop that I purchased few months ago for repair as it spontaneously stopped working. Not only they rejected my repair request but also sent me an invoice to either repair the laptop for 550£ or I should pay 45£ handling fee without any repair or I should ask them to dump the laptop. I have tried to complain but no one is willing to cooperate. Please avoid this shit company if you can.

Asus flagship gaming laptop fails just out of warranty and the repair bill quoted was almost what I paid for it. Fortunately I could just switch all my purchases to another supplier but I feel sorry for people who saved conscientiously for that special purchase and may get this service from an A list company. The story is research and look at how many of those units are turning up for sale as "refurbished" rather than going by the company reputation.

J'appelle la hot line pour une assistance mais on vous dit : on ne peut pas vous aider en ligne ni par téléphone, on va vous envoyer un devis ! Je vais donc essayer de trouver une solution par moi même, mais je n'irais plus jamais chez ASUS pour choisir un ordinateur quel qu'il soit.

Asus Tuf F15 Gaming Laptop

I bought an Asus Tuf F15 Gaming laptop in January 2024, the warranty expired in January 2025 this year and almost exactly 1 year and 6 months later, something goes wrong. My camera stopped working and the best advice Asus support provides is "visit our website and look at the video, if it doesnt help, take it in for repairs". I spent a lot of money on this and I don't have money to pay for this, they can't even give me an estimate. Don't buy anything Asus! Their support is really terrible.

Breakers of the customers rights

I bought a motherboard TUF GAMING Z890-PLUS WIFI, and a case TUF GAMING GT302 TG ARGB in the Cyberport DE, which is participating in action "ASUS HQ - ASUS Doom: The Dark Ages Game Bundle Q2 2025" I claimed the game on the site promotion asus com IDs: 478114, 478115. Both of my requests were rejected without explanation.
