Reliable, easy to access customer service and very jovial couriers particularly Jamie. Kind regards, Orion
Horrendous service - as out sourced locally to another carrier. Confirmed in email valuable parcel ( over £500) would be left with neighbour. BUT left in rain on front door and they lied by saying I had signed for it!! APPALLING
Java very good and will return later for collection as I was not ready
Great team to work with! The AAS team have made life so much easier for us from the way they've integrated the shipping with our website and not to mention their lovely and top notch customer service. Our drive Jason is always on time and super patient with us. Thank you!
We have been working with AAS since the 2020 and we couldn't be happier. Our delivery driver, Jason is always on time and happy to help! 5/5 in everything:)
AAS have a super service. Our man the collects is very good and relatable and also they have great customer support. I have never had a bad experience with AAS and it is excellent for international consignments.
John is another one of our delivery drivers. He always is on time and is very polite and respectful. He covers when our usual delivery driver is off and there couldn’t be a better person for the job.

Exceptional, reliable and consistent service from this reputable company. Have been using them for years and they never fail to go the extra mile to achieve the best outcomes for both us, and our customers. A professional courier you can trust, and a pleasure to deal with. Special mention to Ania and Jade for their friendly and dedicated assistance and solution-oriented approach, and Dean for his patience, flexibility and cheerful personality!
AAS is amazing! They listen to your enquiries/business needs and help you to achieve them. Stephen, our assigned driver, is very patient, helpful and always with a smile on his face. The customer service team is incredible. A pleasure to work with them!
One word, one name - Stephen. From being patient when collecting to being the loveliest courier driver ever known, he has become more than an acquaintance, he’s become our friend. Amazing service from AAS all round.
I am using AAS services on behalf of the company and must say in these strange times finding people so willing to help, find the problem, improve, change, or do favor is rare. Any time we need extra help out of regular orders the whole team is ready to support us, especially Ania Migala. She will do even impossible to help and support. I am so grateful to work with people like her :-)
