That’s hands down the best delivery…
That’s hands down the best delivery we’ve ever had. The communication was clear and polite, the drivers arrived exactly when they said they would - I doubted that any company would be here at 6am but I was proved very wrong! The drivers were polite and helpful, the sofa was constructed carefully and quickly and looks perfect. Genuinely impressed - and that doesn’t happen often these days!

Standard of Excellence
Speak as I find. This company was contracted to deliver some expensive dining chairs from Leeds to Devon and I wouldn't fault them at all. From the outset I had good communication from them in order to arrange a proposed delivery date, followed by a further call the day before to confirm it - with an indication of arrival in the afternoon. Then on the day of delivery I had a further text to give me a 2hr slot, followed by another 'arriving in 20 minutes'; which they did. The van was modern, clean inside and out with a two man crew who were both equally as smart and also very polite. I have a long drive, which on the day was unfortunately obstructed by a tree pruning vehicle, but the crew were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The items were boxed & I wanted to sign for them 'unexamined' both for my convenience & also to enable the crew to get back on the road to complete their other delivery before their long trip home. But the chap, whilst polite, was also clear that this was not acceptable, and that the chairs should be inspected. It took time, but they were helpful & unhurried. Personally I can only say that they were far and above better than any similar delivery service/crew that I have encountered in recent times, & on that basis I would not hesitate to give 5 stars!

Wouldn't even rate in one star but I had to to make a review!!I wouldn't recommend ASB delivery at all left my two grand sofa out side in the pooring down rain and dirt without no covers ans when they couldn't get the one sofa in the house left it in the rain on my front garden, damaged all my flooring with the wheel stand of the sofa took chunka out my wooden floor and damaged picture knocking it off the wall When I complained told I never paid white glove service so they didn't do anything wrong leaving it on my front garden so £100 for it to be delivered on a van!!!And like I stated in my emails the delivery drivers put one of them in so don't get cocky to be about how did they mark your floor I told you one had been brought in read the messages properly
