Speak as I find. This company was contracted to deliver some expensive dining chairs from Leeds to Devon and I wouldn't fault them at all. From the outset I had good communication from them in order to arrange a proposed delivery date, followed by a further call the day before to confirm it - with an indication of arrival in the afternoon. Then on the day of delivery I had a further text to give me a 2hr slot, followed by another 'arriving in 20 minutes'; which they did. The van was modern, clean inside and out with a two man crew who were both equally as smart and also very polite. I have a long drive, which on the day was unfortunately obstructed by a tree pruning vehicle, but the crew were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The items were boxed & I wanted to sign for them 'unexamined' both for my convenience & also to enable the crew to get back on the road to complete their other delivery before their long trip home. But the chap, whilst polite, was also clear that this was not acceptable, and that the chairs should be inspected. It took time, but they were helpful & unhurried. Personally I can only say that they were far and above better than any similar delivery service/crew that I have encountered in recent times, & on that basis I would not hesitate to give 5 stars!
