Excellent service. Was told delivery date and time slot and was on time. Driver was polite, professional and very helpful. He needed to transport items down a slight slop and into the garage on his own. Highly recommend.

I felt compelled to leave your company ASB Delivery Services an excellent review. You arranged for a very large flatpacked wardrobe to be delivered to my elderly mothers apartment recently. Your company and your driver excelled, and went way above and beyond all my expectations. The communication from you was excellent in keeping us updated on the delivery date. Your driver arrived at about 06.20, and instead of just dumping 5 very very heavy packs outside the front door of the building and then leaving, he was amazing. He picked up and carried the heaviest and tallest, (and it weighed an absolute ton) and as it wouldn't fit in the lift), he carried it through the front door, up a flight of stairs and all the way down the long corridor to the apartment on his own. The remainder we managed to get them in the lift, where I was able to take over as he had done enough. All the items arrived in one piece with no damage. If only all delivery companies and drivers could be as good and as helpful as yours!
