I completed a review about Arpanu, just after surgery and the service and care was fantastic. This post is to highlight the amazing aftercare I have had in the last year. I am 12 months post op today and am so grateful for the help and support from Dr Muhammed and Dietitian Selvi and Dietitian Doğa who are in a WhatsApp group with me. They have been there for help and support whenever I needed them and have stayed in contact and tracked my progress! Amazing service and support! Thank you!!

Dr Serhan is a consummate professional and it's clear he loves his work. Dr Serhan has a calm presence and listens attentatively to ones requests and offers feedback to consider. The whole package was very well arranged from booking with Diana to the hotel accommodation and the surgery.

Dr. Gökhan Mersinlioğlu, Dr. Mohammed and the whole surgery team was excellent. I had a great experience from the beginning with my medical advisor Simge keeping in contact with me and arranging all my transportation and hotel accommodations. Robert Isaaq was very helpful assisting me with translations and guiding me through the hospital to get me lab work done. I felt safe and the hospital was beautiful. Surgery went very well and I am healing wonderfully.

Before I chose Dr. Gökhan Mersinlioğlu, I contacted over 20 clinics to understand their offerings and working methods. Some clinics never replied, while others sent pictures of their facilities, which were in terrible condition. Some quoted extremely high prices, while others offered prices so low that it felt like a scam because they were overly pushy. It just didn’t feel right. Then I connected with Lena, a medical consultant from Arpanu Medical. She was excellent at answering my questions and provided me with three doctors, their prices, and the hospitals they worked in, allowing me to calmly do my research and choose between them. Lena gave me all the information I needed, making the process smooth and headache-free. She provided me with links to the hospitals, hotels, doctors' clinics, and their social media pages, allowing me to easily review their portfolios and make a well-informed decision. She provided reassurance while also giving me space to make my decision. Among all the clinics I contacted, Lena was the only one who made me feel confident that her agency was the right choice. After doing my research, I decided to go with Dr. Gökhan Mersinlioğlu because I liked his work ethic and, of course, his expertise in rhinoplasty and septoplasty, which aligned perfectly with my goals. Once I informed Lena of my choice and the timeframe I had in mind, she quickly arranged everything. I wanted to spend an extra week in Istanbul for tourism, and she organized it all—accommodation, transportation, and communication with the doctor. Lena managed every detail, making the experience stress-free, which I deeply appreciated. She kept me updated at every step, from pickups to appointments, and ensured that everything ran smoothly. Trusting her to handle my arrangements in Istanbul was the best decision I made. Thank you, Lena. I also want to extend my gratitude to the nurses at Medicana Hospital, who took great care of me during my overnight stay after the surgery. Special thanks to coordinators Robert and Roberta for their help with translations, and to Omar and nurse Burak at the hotel, who assisted me with my medication and ensured I was comfortable. I’m also thankful to all the staff at Nova Plaza Orion, Nova Plaza Prime, and Nova Plaza Pera—the hotels where I stayed during my time in Istanbul. Of course, a huge thanks goes to Dr. Gökhan Mersinlioğlu, an exceptional doctor. He was incredibly kind, and before the surgery, we had a thorough consultation where he made sure to understand my wishes for my nose. He exceeded my expectations. On the day my cast was removed, I visited his clinic to take off both the cast and the silicone nasal splints, which was almost painless. He was very helpful in answering all my questions and guiding me on what to do post-op. I underwent septorhinoplasty to improve both the appearance of my nose and my breathing. When I was younger, I had an injury that not only altered my nose’s appearance but also gave me a deviated septum, making it difficult to breathe. Dr. Gökhan helped me immensely, so much so that I stopped needing painkillers just three days after the surgery. Now, three weeks post-op, I’ve been home for two weeks. Dr. Mohamed Sid, my post-op doctor, has been in regular contact, checking in on me and evaluating my progress through photos of my nose. This ongoing care has been incredibly reassuring. Dr. Mohamed Sid has been wonderful in answering questions and making sure everything is going smoothly. Three weeks post-op, I have no swelling around my face or eyes, and my breathing has improved tenfold. I’m really excited to see the final result once all the swelling subsides. My experience with Arpanu has been extremely satisfying! From booking my surgery with the wonderful Simge who answered all my questions to the accommodations like the beautiful hotel and transportation everywhere to the surgery itself and also the wonderful post op follow up! Dr Gökhan is a brilliant surgeon who was honest about my starting point (broken and completely botched nose with no support) and he told me what needed to be done in order to help me fix my issue. Cartilage from my ribs were needed as my case was very complex. He was confident and I felt very safe undergoing surgery in his hands. I had zero pain in my face afterwards, but felt a little sting in my ribs only a few days after surgery. The cast removal with Dr Gökhan was a very exciting day! Finally, I got to see glimpse of how gorgeous my nose was turning out. The post op follow up with Dr Mohamed made me assured I was still in great hands as he gave me advice and answered all my questions as they popped up. He wants me to keep him posted on my recovery and I still send him and Dr Gökhan post op pictures for feedback. Today, 7 months post op, my nose has its support, it fits my petite face perfectly and I couldn't be happier! Just to think that it is still in recovery makes me feel extremely good! It keeps getting smaller and smaller every day, and did I mention how wonderful it feels to be able to breathe properly? I had no idea breathing was an issue until after my surgery and I noticed a world of difference! Thank you Dr Gökhan, Dr Mohamed and Arpanu for everything!

I booked my gastric sleeve surgery through Arpanu Clinic and had a brilliant experience. The client coordinator was available constantly via WhatsApp and answered all questions I had. She went above and beyond! I highly recommend booking through Arpanu Clinic.

Amazing, never been more satisfied with their support. They have always supported me through they journey. If i had any problems, they would solve it directly. They also answers super quickly and gives me that information i am asking about. They are super kind and friendly. They have a whole program that will help you through the journey. It has been 8 months and they until now contact me to see how everything is going. Thank you dr Muhammed, dietitian Selvi and dietitian Dôga. Would 100% recommend them!

Buen hospital pero cafeteria?para?Los acompañantes es bastante limitada ya que en los alrededores o hay sitio donde tomar o comer algo

Great medical care and procedures as well as customer service from arrival in Istanbul till departure. We did some dental work and plastic surgery. Both very well executed. Facilities first class. Full recommended

I'd be really careful with this company. The agent I spoke to was really reluctant to talk about client rights and protections. I specifically spent a really long time trying to get an answer to the question, what happens if something goes wrong or the results aren't what was agreed. In the end she told me to go somewhere else because she didn't want to answer my questions.

Ich kam nach Istanbul mit Arpanu Medical, um mir die Nase operieren zu lassen und für ein Bullhorn Liplift. Von der Abholung vom Flughafen bis zur Operation, dem Dolmetscher im Krankenhaus, zum Arzt und dem Aufenthalt im Privatkrankenhaus. Uns wurde vom Dolmetscher eine 8-stündige Besichtigung mit einem eigenen Fahrer durch Istanbul organisiert und als krönenden Abschluss die Nachuntersuchung in der privaten Ordination des Arztes, die noch ästhetischer ist als seine Arbeit selbst. Die Korrespondenz und Betreuung vor der Reise, vor Ort vor, während und nach der Operation und für jeden einzelnen Transfer ist einfach nur professionell und gut organisiert. Im Hotel ist am Tag immer ein Pfleger/eine Pflegerin anwesend, die tatkräftig zur Seite stehen und Visiten machen. Das Ergebnis meiner Operation ist jetzt trotz Schwellung und bunter Farbe noch im Gesicht besser als ich es mir je vorstellen konnte!!! Also ich kann nur jedem wärmstens empfehlen alles dort machen zu lassen. Ich bin einfach nur begeistert, niemals im Leben hätte ich mir erträumen können wie diese ganze Zeit dort abgelaufen ist.

Hayatımın en iyi deneyimi. Bu ameliyatı çok daha erken yaptırmalıydım. Tüp mide ameliyatımın üzerinden henüz bir ay geçti ve sağlığıma kavuşarak 11 kilo verdim. Hastane ve olanaklar çok iyi. Su çok temiz. Personel dost canlısı ve özenli. Cerrah süper profesyonel ve ekip inanılmaz. Beslenme uzmanları inanılmazdır ve endişelerinizi çözmek için oradadırlar. Selvi ve Doğa çok tatlılar. Bu deneyimi kesinlikle tekrarlarım. Hayatları değiştirdiğiniz için çok teşekkür ederim.

I booked my breast reduction surgery through Arpanu and honestly I had the best experience. Everything seemed so easy and straight forward, transfers, hotel and interpreters all booked for me hassle free. I can’t thank them enough for finding the best surgeon for my procedure. The communication before and during my stay was so efficient. I had a nurse in the hotel for any dressing changes and an agent on hand on WhatsApp for any advice. Cannot fault the experience at all. Special mention for Yetkin Dal who I consulted with through WhatsApp and arranged this whole experience for me.
