This company are not ethical - Do not use them. You agree to their terms and conditions and then they take your money. They then give out your booking to a third party who it turns out have a different set of terms and conditions. When you try to get your money back they say that you did not meet the terms and conditions and refuse to reimburse you.

Lamentable experiencia, llega uno a retirar el vehiculo, un amancer cansado, con niños menores y no fue posible. primero por no tener la disponibiidad de la gama reservado,no habia disponibilidad del vehiculo reservado en la arrendadora MEX en cancun Mexico el día 29 de junio, y al querer aceptar un vehículo temporal me hicieron un cobro excesivo de seguros, aun teniendo disponible los documentos solicitados en la reserva, con disponibilidad de dinero en la tarjeta de crédito para el deposito y demás, opto por declinar e ir direcatamente a otra arrendadora donde obtengo rápidamente la disponibilidad de la misma linea o gama del vehículo sin tanto cobro excesivo. He escrito a la línea de apoyo de arguscaragire, donde espero me hagan la devolución del recurso conforme a mis derechos. Anteriormente había declinado una reserva y arguscargire me hizo la devolución completa del dinero, creo aún que son serios, pero les estaré contando. Por lo pronto no recomiendo la arrendadora MEX en Cancún, había mucha gente descontesta esa noche ingrata.

Beware the pick up experience In europcar Kerry.. despite having paid insurance I was charged an additional 20 per day plus 250 euros because I had a debit card. As did everyone else in the queue. I took the card. I booked with...so the instructions are clear take a credit card... It's not clear the provider won't accept a debit card or their insurance!

The worker was very polite and understanding, the car was in perfecto conditions, overall a great experience totally recommended and trustworthy

Uwaga oszuści, mój lot był opóźniony o godzinę, czekałem w kolejce do pracownika wypożyczalni 1,5h . Po upływie 2,5godziny od planowej godziny odbioru auta moja rezerwacja przepadła i cła kwota za 10 dni najmu. Nie uznają reklamacji to złodzieje!!!

Attention, nous avions réservé une voiture pour 10 jours en Espagne, il s'avère que la date de validité de mon permis de conduire nouveau format était expirée. Cela ne pose aucun problème en France mais là l'agence a refusé de me remettre la voiture et ils ont refusé de me rembourser alors que la voiture a très certainement été re-louée.

Presenta una copia impresa del comprobante en la oficina en el momento de la recogida de tu coche Yo cometí el error y contrate, pague con una tarjeta de debito virtual vía PayPal y como no tengo tarjeta de crédito física no me dejan llevarme el coche QUE YA HE PAGADO. Luego si quieres una solución no te preocupes pagas 65 euros y te dan 2 opciones: cambio de proveedor o cambio de titular de la tarjeta aunque el coche te haya salido mas barato. En resumen, son unos listos y hasta que no pagas no te envían las condiciones y términos. A y para cancelar no vas a poder si estas en la franja de las 48 horas, te cargan 120 euros da igual que el coche te haya costado alquilarlo 30.

Ergebnis: Keine Auto und kein Geld (-360€) Wir haben uns für 12 Tage ein Auto gemietet und uns für Argus CarHire entscheiden, weil das Preis Leistungsverhältnis gut erschien. Aus privaten Gründen konnte ich als Buchender des Autos die Reise nicht antreten, sodass nur meine Freundin geflogen ist und den Mietwagen statt mir in Anspruch nehmen wollte. Meine Freundin musste vor Ort 2h warten bis mein Freundin die Info bekam, dass sie das Fahrzeug nicht übernehmen kann, sondern ich als Besteller das Fahrzeug annehmen muss. Da die offizielle Abholzeit aufgrund der Wartezeit schon überschritten war, konnte in der Buchung nichts mehr geändert werden. Ich habe sogar angeboten, dass von mir bezahlte Auto für drei Tage stehen zu lassen, sodass ich das drei Tage später abholen würde. Das war auch nicht möglich, obwohl ich das Auto ja bezahlt habe. Sehr mangelhafte Kundenorientierung. Da werde ich nicht wieder buchen.

I booked a car with Argus in Melbourne. They subcontracted to Ace Rental at the airport. I booked and paid for sat nav with Argus. When i went to collect the car, Ace had no cars with sat nav. They only had a larger car and charged me €253 extra. I had never been to Australia and couldnt leave the airport without sat nav. When i said i felt I was being scammed, the woman in the office told me that there is a first time for everything. Beware!

Wegen eines Fehlers im Voucher ist die Abholung des Mietwagens gescheitert. Arguscarhire.com hat die Vorabüberweisung nicht erstattet. Auch so kann ein Unternehmen verdienen....

Nous avons loué une voiture à Brindisi aéroport du 12 au 17 juin. Un montant de 132 euros a été prélevé pour l entièreté de la location. Tout s est passé correctement. Nous avons remis le véhicule avec le plein de carburant complet et sans dégâts. Un employé de la société de location était présent. Il m'a confirmé que tout était en ordre après regardé le véhicule. Cependant, la société de location nous a ponctionné 49 euros. Nous ne savons pas pourquoi. Aucune explication. Nous avons contacté la société argus Car Hire. Ils ne savent pas nous aider. Ils nous donnent aucune explication. Aucun moyen de contact, juste le numéro de téléphone de la société de location à Brindisi. Déplorable

It was a wonderful experience, and the Budget folks were friendly and knowledgeable. The interior of the car could’ve used a wipe down (a bit untidy), but that is it. Great overall!!!
