The people were nice and the clothes were fine but they weren't loyal to their word about shipping and were of little help.

Quick reliable and reasonably priced

They've provided great service along with nice uniforms for our cross country team for the past several years.

Order was not complete by the date i was originally promised. In addition, the ink was not dried properly and the shirts were all sticking together. Absolutely dropped the ball on this order. I might have been able to live the late part, but the quality control was non existent. Not sure i can recommend them.

Very unorganized and slow response time. Finally reached out to a manager and received support, however, the apparel still didn't come until the season was almost over.

This is my second time ordering from Ares Sportwear, and have always been happy with the product, and the customer service has been outstanding.

I was told an order would be ready in 3 weeks. It's now been 4 and I was just told, after following up myself, that it's going to be another week.

This was a very disappointing order process for us. I was told a few times they were extremely busy and backed up but would be rushing orders out. Well they must have rushed too fast. Embroidered items looked great! But that is about it for the orders we had Screen Print products were a complete mess. Logo sizes were not at all as advertised (Much smaller in person.) Logos are slanted on angles and some not even centered on the shirt. They had multiple items they could not print or fill as advertised and they just changed and shipped it without asking the customer first. After attempting to have my complaints resolved via having my parents be refunding for the bad items purchased, the company gives you the run around with excuses. They claim they will replace any items. Well sorry but our volleyball season is only 2 months long and you should have done it RIGHT from the beginning. They must have new management who do not manage well because things are not taken care of as they should be. I find it hard to be able to go back to this company for products in the future unless they refund our screen printed items to any of my parents or staff who ordered them.

Products are constantly changing which makes it difficult. Also the time it takes to get orders is very long. Products are very nice though.

The quality of shirts came out very nice. Delivery was a week later than what was projected on day of purchase.
