2.5 stars really: 5 star product - the kids loved the soccer jerseys and they were all done exactly as asked. 0 star for website and ordering process - it was 4 day, 4 hour task to order because of all the troubles with the site. Get that site updated so I can give 5 stars next time!

Outfit logos appear better this year. I have a few more players who recently joined the team. Please advise if they will be able to order through you asap and if any discounts will be granted? Thank you.

I had a poor quality, low resolution picture file and they were able to clean it up and make it into a transfer that looked great. And they did it on a very short turn around. Very happy with the finished product.

Customer service and responsiveness in creating and ordering were great. But a serious mess up on delivery! Paid for overnight shipping, they shipped it regular UPS. It has since been delayed twice with UPS. Am now reciving the over over a week after it was orignally planned for.

The website is difficult to use. They embroidered the wrong name on the jacket and I’m now working through getting that fixed. The jackets look great but it’s been a bit of a hassle to get them ordered and accurate.

Quality of the product was ok, but it took an extra two months on back order for me to receive one article of clothing.

Service was excellent and the order shipped on time.
