I’ve placed an order with them previously, the quality of the print was great and they had reached out to confirm my design, everything was done in a quick manner. However, my most recent order stood out with above and beyond customer service. I told them I needed my order by a certain date, they told me as long as I put my order through before 5pm of that day they’d get my order through by when I needed it. They even called me so we could discuss certain issues immediately to cut down on response time to meet my deadline. Amazing customer service.

They continue to go above and beyond even through Covid. I will 100% use them again and recommend them to anyone looking to open a store.

TEAM ARES continues to set the gold standard in service, communication, and gear/products. I have been with this team for the past 5 years. I model my athletic department to be a first class like college athletic departments. With TEAM ARES I feel I get it from them. We are committed to them as they are to our athletic department and student activities. It is a "family" atmosphere , from knowing Marc in customer service, to Steve, Ty, Brian, Dave to"Coleen". The weekly calls/emails to "check in" is appreciated as they share whats new with products, services or deals. Need custom teamlogo sneakers? Yeah they can get it!!!! They are creative too so the look is unique. They stand behind their services and products. The question should not be about how are they doing, the question should be when are you signing up to be on this team.

Amazing products and customer service. The girls love all their spirit wear. We had a sizing issue and Zac was so helpful and right on it!! We definitely recommend Ares and will order again!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! WARNING!!! This company absolutely ruined a school event for us. They had guaranteed our school to have our clothing order by a specific date. They called us up 5 days before the event (on the day that the order was supposed arrive), to tell us that malware had attacked their system and they would not be able to complete the order. It is now too late to order shirts from another company for our school's event. We would have to raise the price of the shirts astronomically, for us to go elsewhere. I teach at a low income school, and students don't have $90 to spend on a tshirt. This company is completely unreliable and unprofessional. I strongly encourage you to go somewhere else. I will be emailing the entire school district (who previously ordered from Ares), and I will tell them find someone new. This is so disappointing. The company didn't offer anything to fix the situation or make it better in anyway. This is not good customer service. Griffin was our point person and all he sent was a half-hearted apology. It was a pathetic attempt at fixing the situation. Again, I cannot stress enough, that you should not use this company.

Great experience.

This is my fourth year. Did not get apparel when promised. Was not notified immediately that certain items were not in stock. Still have not received my rebate for opening the on line store. We really liked our shirts and Ares was easy to work with despite that it sometimes took me awhile to respond. The only reason it was not five stars is that my contact changed in the middle of all this and some corrections that were made early on were not captured. I did catch one which was changed however the misspelling on our team name was not. It was spelled correctly in the back but not in the front. It was fine as the name was just not spelled the way we were spelling it vs it be a total misspell. Will still use Ares in the future!

Great customer service and product!

Had a team store built for my sports team and there were several issues with getting it set up. It took multiple weeks to get the store fully set up and situated. Prices seemed to be rather high for the items. Shipping took longer than said it would. Had an athlete order an item and when the order came in, the item never came. She received an email that day that said the item was discontinued and was given a refund. Very unsure of how the item was on the store but was a discontinued item. Will not be using again.

The sales representatives that I worked with were all very professional and provided excellent customer service. The items were shipped promptly. My teammates are very satisfied with the quality of the shirts.and reasonable prices. I will be recommending this company to other teams looking for uniforms.
