My team placed their order in mid August with a deliver date in September. There was a glitch in the system so our order did not get processed on time and the apparel started to come in weeks after that. We are still receiving items to this day. Very disappointed in how long this took.
I was very disappointed with everything. It sounded great at first, but it was WAY to much work and time invested! CONSTANTLY having to email, text and call to get everything the way I wanted. I was VERY stressed out, as I had a deadline for my High School class reunion and they knew this. I had SOO many problems with changing the artwork, that THEY originally had produced! After I was in too deep with all of this, I found out that they OUTSOURCE the artwork to INDIA (or somewhere like that - SO NOT HAPPY about THAT as I THOUGHT I was dealing with a LOCAL company in Hilliard Ohio!) ALL of the items that I picked out for the online store (over the phone) were NOT initially added to the store! I had to make more phone calls and emails to get this resolved! AFTER everything was said and done, one of the reps said there was a MUCH better way for me to pick all the items I wanted, by looking online and clicking on what I wanted! THAT would have been SOOO MUCH EASIER! I text the rep about the hooded zip up sweatshirt and she told me it would be embroidered. When I received it, it was NOT! It was just screen printed! I probably would NOT had purchased it if I knew this! It was a bit pricey in my opinion! And they said they could not do the last/small line at the bottom because it would be unreadable, but after getting it, I think it WOULD have been fine, if they left the line in there like I wanted! Because of all the different brands, the sizes and descriptions are hard to figure out! As a result both of my items are too big. One I am ok with being too big, but not the other one! I will have to go to a seamstress to make it smaller, because my bra is showing WAY too much as it is! THIS is WHY I HATE ordering things online! I would MUCH rather shop a brick and mortar store! Very frustrating experience, so I would not recommend them.
Everyone I spoke with was awesome. I couldn't remember the sales agent I worked with last and the rep I spoke with was amazing and helped a ton. Then my sales agent called me to confirm everything and help me place the order and correct my items. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service.

I got a clearance swimming racing suit for my son for an unbelievable price. The catalog I received had one price, the sales' rep's computer said another price...I got the one from the catalog, which was $80 less without issue. The only (minor) issue was that the box that the suit was shipped in arrived in really rough shape. My son is not one to carry his suit in the original box, but I know many who do.

I (we)...my husband's boys and girls tennis teams...have placed many orders and done several stores with Ares. I am just disappointed with how the ending of this store went...I felt communication was terribly lacking and felt somewhat deceived on the final shipping. We did receive everything...just not when it was agreed upon and that day, after emailing and calling and not hearing anything back...well, it just ruined the experience for me.
