Dissapointed experience all around
I was very disappointed with everything. It sounded great at first, but it was WAY to much work and time invested! CONSTANTLY having to email, text and call to get everything the way I wanted. I was VERY stressed out, as I had a deadline for my High School class reunion and they knew this. I had SOO many problems with changing the artwork, that THEY originally had produced! After I was in too deep with all of this, I found out that they OUTSOURCE the artwork to INDIA (or somewhere like that - SO NOT HAPPY about THAT as I THOUGHT I was dealing with a LOCAL company in Hilliard Ohio!) ALL of the items that I picked out for the online store (over the phone) were NOT initially added to the store! I had to make more phone calls and emails to get this resolved! AFTER everything was said and done, one of the reps said there was a MUCH better way for me to pick all the items I wanted, by looking online and clicking on what I wanted! THAT would have been SOOO MUCH EASIER! I text the rep about the hooded zip up sweatshirt and she told me it would be embroidered. When I received it, it was NOT! It was just screen printed! I probably would NOT had purchased it if I knew this! It was a bit pricey in my opinion! And they said they could not do the last/small line at the bottom because it would be unreadable, but after getting it, I think it WOULD have been fine, if they left the line in there like I wanted! Because of all the different brands, the sizes and descriptions are hard to figure out! As a result both of my items are too big. One I am ok with being too big, but not the other one! I will have to go to a seamstress to make it smaller, because my bra is showing WAY too much as it is! THIS is WHY I HATE ordering things online! I would MUCH rather shop a brick and mortar store! Very frustrating experience, so I would not recommend them.
