Archies Footwear

I recently ordered my 2nd lot of Archie’s thongs. I ordered the wrong size by accident, & also discovered one of the colors I ordered, I already had. The return process could not have been better. Excellent communication throughout, & I even received my correct size & color within a few business days. I don’t think that Archie’s waited for my return before they fulfilled my amended order. One word to describe Archie’s - Awesome

Archies products are absolutely fabulous! We heard about the Archies through a friend and have order 5 pairs in the last week. My husband has finally found a size 15 that fits perfectly. The customer service is amazing. Within a few minutes they respond to any queries. We give them a 5 star review because, in every way, they deserve 5 stars. They are one of the best companies we’ve ever dealt with. Outstanding!

Absolutely amazing footwear and would never pick anything else. I walk for miles in mine and they are very comfortable also excellent value for money as they last a long time. The nest flip flops ever. Definitely will be ordering another pair

They have to be the most uncomfortable pair of sliders known to man! I think the reviews must be rigged . Within minutes of me unpacking them & popping them on my feet, the decision was made - return! How they can justify the price is beyond me! Some of the reviews to rectify the width were most amusing - one being pour kettle hot water of them and then mould them to your feet? Are you serious? Archie's reply to my review has caused great amusement in our household. Hilarious 😂 at £45 I expect there to be a modecome of comfort? Obviously not. So glad I sent them back, & found another shoe company - I now have sliders that fit beautifully & didn't cause me immediate discomfort.

I have always had sore feet & I have tried every shoe, boot , slipper & flip flops on the market. I came across fit flops a few years ago & they were better than normal flip flops, but I have just came across Archie’s & thought I would give them a try. My foot had been swollen & sore for a few weeks & I thought I have nothing to lose. These are the best. No more swollen & sore feet. I would highly recommend Archie’s flip flops. I will now be buying more in different colours to go with different outfits.The best product on the market for people that have foot problems. Thank you

These are the best flip flops I have ever worn. The arch support is great and the straps can be stretched if you have a wider foot. One of the things about them that I absolutely love is that there is no connective button where the straps and thong part meet the footbed. This has been a problem for me in the past, where the connector snapped as I was wearing another very well known brand. I had to go barefoot!!! Not with Archie’s. They are constructed and designed so well and I’ve been wearing the same black pair for years on a daily basis. I love them so much that I’ve purchased them in 5 colors. They are amazing.

Zeer tevreden over mijn flipflops die ik maar liefst 4 zomers intensief gebruikt heb en vele kilometers comfortabel op gelopen, regelmatig meer dan 10 km. Na lang en intensief gebruik, zelfs de zool vertoont minimale slijtage, brak deze week ineens het stukje tussen mijn tenen. Ik ben er zo blij mee dat ik meteen nieuwe besteld heb! En ga nu ook de slides ervaren.

I never walked on slippers because they would all break and I could not walk on them all day. But since I have my Archies I walked on them for day on end during my vacaction! I have them in baby Blue, baby Pink, White and Taupe, but definately want to collect all the colors they have!

This is a strange 5* review because originally there was a problem with being sent the wrong style of shoes. However, customer service from Ken online was outstanding. Courteous and helpful, Ken resolved the issue above and beyond. Customer was definitely put first and I cannot give anything less than 5*. Archie’s footwear is also excellent.

I work from home and was looking for a shoe to wear around the house that was supportive and comfortable, Archie’s didn’t disappoint! After buying my first pair of flip flops, I went back to buy myself, my husband and my adult children the slides! My daughters loved all the color options.

Ik heb slides (gewone slippers) en teenslippers besteld bij Archies. Mijn bestelling was door de koerier kwijtgeraakt en ik kreeg het advies van de koerier om contact op te nemen met Archies. De klantenservice is super vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam. Ze maakten meteen een nieuwe order en ze starte een onderzoek naar waar het pakket gebleven was. Het nieuwe pakket was er binnen 3 dagen. De slippers zitten heel lekker. Ze zijn heel licht en flexibel en slijtvast. Ik heb doorgezakte voeten en slippers dragen gaat normaal altijd met pijn gepaard. Niet met Archies slipper, zelfs met mijn zeer platte voeten geen pijn en ik slip er niet volledig doorheen. Maatvoering is duidelijk aangegeven op de site en klopt ook precies. Wat ook leuk is, is er zijn veel verschillende kleuren beschikbaar en ze hebben ook limited kleuren. Ik raad ze van harte aan!

Great product 5* if you could actually buy them! It’s a shame they are not geared up for supply and demand as lots of colours and sizes have been out of stock for ages and summer and the need for flip flops is now nearly over!

I have bunions, fallen arches and always wear insoles professionally moulded for my feet in all my winter shoes. When summer comes I spend a lot of time in flip flops, which results in sore ankles and a sore back! Not this summer OMG I am so glad these kept popping up on F.B as I took a leap and bought a pair in black. When I say I wear these all day everyday that is not a lie. They are thee best flip flops I have ever owned. I love them so much I bought a summer colour to wear with dresses whilst on holiday.

My friend in Australia bought me some slides as a gift. I asked for my usual size but they were too tight. I contacted Archies and Charm was so considerate about them being a gift. I posted them back to a warehouse in the UK, provided proof of delivery and Archies gave me a code for a new pair free of charge. The thing about this was they respond to emails almost IMMEDIATELY. This is unheard of these days. Thank you Charm and Evan.

I was dying for a pair of the slides and eventually treated myself to the white ones. I have wide fitting feet and was disappointed at first to find they were too tight. I gave a 3 star review, and received a lovely email from Tim in their customer services department giving me some fab advice on how to use boiling water to soften the bands so they would stretch to fit. I gave it a go and was delighted - it worked! This is how customer services should work! What a great experience. Now I want a navy pair…

I recently bought a pair of flip flops, but the size I ordered turned out to be too small. I exchanged them for a bigger size, which arrived very quickly. When I still had doubts about the fit, the customer service team responded promptly and helpfully. They even arranged to send me another pair at no extra cost. The communication was clear, friendly, and fast, and I really appreciate their willingness to think along with me. Great service and quick action – I’m very happy with my experience and look forward to my new pair arriving. Highly recommended!

Miah pulled out all the stops to make sure I got the right size of slides. I received a second pair in a different size so I could compare the fit and then sent me a postage paid return label so as not to incur any further cost to me! She was quickly responsive to my emails and in the end her advice was bang on. Miah was pleasant and super helpful. I will be back to purchase again and look forward to more Archie's in my closet!! 💯❣️😊

I have really bad feet, very high arch, painful heels and swelling. Just received my 3rd pair of Archies Flipflops and absolutely love them! They support my arches, allow for swelling and cushion my heels, they are absolutely my favorite shoes!
