Excellent Service
I cannot fault the service I received from Rachel Mack. She went that extra mile to ensure that she was able to offer me exactly what I wanted from my river cruise choice. I had many questions and requirements which she dealt with in a friendly, helpful manner whilst remaining professional at all times. It was a pleasure to deal with her, she is a credit to APT.

Fabulous boat, wonderfull holiday.
Fabulous boat, immaculately maintained, excellent ports of call, enthusiastic and informative Tour Director, plenty of food and drink, ( though served by less than enthusiastic staff, no eye contact, little rapport ). Overall, an exceptionally good trip. We would strongly recommend APT to anyone considering a small motor yacht cruise.,

Thank you for one of the best holidays…
Thank you for one of the best holidays I have ever had and I happen to be 81 years old!! I think the main bonus was that everything was included in the price. Secondly the wonderful staff in all areas and thirdly the Signature Events-especially the private evening concert in Vienna. I look forward to travelingl with APT again.

Great ship & crea but poor food …
We enjoyed our River Cruise on the TravelMarvel Vega The staff very outstanding The cabin was new and spacious The Ship was excellent ideal for a River cruise The Itinerary was just right . The only let down was the quality & quantity of the food which was substandard and let the Ship down

It was a great trip and the crew were…
It was a great trip and the crew were amazing. Unfortunately the air conditioning was inadequate making sleeping very difficult. Leaving and returning from different airports especially with rail /underground bans on overtime and strikes, added to the cost of the holiday.

Great Value for Money
The ship was very well organised and appointed. The trips were interesting and well catered for. I would have preferred tea and coffee facilities in the cabin. Also it would have been helpful to be able to access the itinerary electronically via a closed ship web page rather than having to take photos of the TV powerpoint presentation of the information provide. Also I wouldn't have minded purchasing a drinks package which would have saved a lot of messing about signing till receipts and accumulating endless bits of paper.

Excellent value for money
The organisation was first class, the staff were all diligent, hard working and helpful. The presentation of the catering and the dining room service were both excellent. The itinerary was good and the daily outings were very well led and interesting. All in all excellent value for money

This was the best cruise we’ve been…
This was the best cruise we’ve been on!! From the fantastic food, the friendly atmosphere and staff who were so keen to make sure we had the best time,the amazing organised trips to the towns the palaces and churches the opera with lovely Barbara supervising and keeping us all informed of the history of the places we were visiting.Everything went without a hitch Evenings were spent enjoying our delicious dinners and included free wine and beer followed by dancing to the wonderful resident band It was so nice to be on a cruise with only 100 guests instead of 3500! Sylvia and I will definitely be returning to another fabulous APT cruise John and Sylvia Tarporley

Dream holiday, complete package
The complete package, ship, cleanliness, and high quality of the food presented everyday was exemplary. At very level of staff on the cruise their kindness and consideration shone through. The excursions off the ship were excellent and run with professional precision. Viktor our cruise director was full of enthusiasm and kindness. He greeted everyone with a smile. Any problem they thought they had was dealt with promptly and efficiently.
