I ordered an item from this organization which mentioned July 10 as delivery - I've just spoken to these people and they have told me they don't have even the item in stock in Victoria so are advertising appliances they don't have and I now don't know when this item will be available or delivered in Victoria - they offered me the same item to be POSTED though I requested my old item of exactly the same product be collected for recycle so how is an Aust Post delivery going to achieve that - now I wait and watch for a "couple" of weeks until the item is in stock in Victoria. Very misleading and poor customer service should have gone retail.
We have now got several large household white-goods from Appliances Online. Have purchased via the website & on the phone when using their price matching offer. Really excellent to deal with.
The delivery service is first rate keeping you up-to-date with the delivery status and arrival date/time. Plus taking away the old one is just great.
In one case I had to make a warranty claim - again it was no hassle, excellent to deal with and they sorted the problem out for me.
Highly recommended to deal with. We will do so again.

I ordered my new washing machine in a Sunday night and it was delivered and installed on Monday morning by a very friendly and professional father son team. I will most definitely use appliances online in future.
I purchased a new washing machine on a Friday, the following Monday the machine was delivered, even so I live in the coutry 100kms west of Brisbane. The delivery driver massged me, that they will be at my addess at 11:30, by 12:00 o'clock the machine was installed and the old one loaded on their truck. First class service, googd prices, why should I shop anywhere else.
I ordered a new washing machine late Monday night, Thursday around lunch time it was delivered, unpackaged, moved into place and setup by 2 very friendly and helpful men. They even took away the old dead machine & packaging. From Browsing, Buying to Setup all in a few clicks. Very easy to use and such a brilliant service. I would highly recommend Appliances Online & their amazing delivery team. Being on a pension with limited mobility & funds made this such an easy choice to make. Why would you want to even shop elsewhere? This is my 3rd purchase and I am extremely happy with their services, product selection, pricing and delivery/setup.

Outstanding service,from start to finish,my old trusted hoover 7.5 kg washing machine of 24 years decided to retire so I decided to check the guys from appliances online during my lunch break at work,found samsung 9 kg on special so I decided to order it, it only took me 15 minutes and it was done two days later I had my brand new good looking top loader washing machine all set up and running, delivery guys were quick on unpacking and installation and removal of my old appliance was straight forward,fully recommend them

Unable to get assistance to replace a faulty TV under warranty it's been over 32 days so far and no information on when my replacement TV will be sent. Horrible service, no regard for the customer at all. How would you like to be without a TV for that long? Communication is abismal, so disappointed as I used to be an advocate π
Watch our for their products linked to installsWe ordered a wall oven and Stovetop. It was a good price and free delivery for both so that was a benefit. The installation price felt unreasonable but to make it easy we went ahead, over $700 to install both.
The installation guys walked in and immediately told me how they could install it and they needed another $945 on top of over $700 I had paid. One task was where the wall over was to go in, The last person who installed the oven added a small 10mm high x 30mm deep x 500mm wide piece of pine as padding, they wouldn't touch it as part of the instal and the quote to remove that was $495. SCAM, it took me less than 10 minutes to remove it (including moving the oven out and onto the floor. In addition to this, We paid $340 to have to cooktop installed, The cooktop comes with everything you need including an LPG converter. We were promptly told that the Convert isn't covered as part of the install cost and it would be an additional $220 for this. So I am not sure what the $340 covered. Taking the old one out and placing the new one into the same size whole, FYI, the LPG conversion kit takes about 6 minutes to do. SCAM. I tried contacting Appliances online about this and they wouldn't engage in any discussions. I won't shop with them again and I will tell everyone I know to shop elsewhere. We have since asked for a refund for the installation, No responses, I threatened a bank chargeback, but still nothing. I just used chat and they say they will refund the installation cost. A very poor experience. I will still to other companies after this.
